Description: A Type Red1 and Silver2 humanoid threat entity. It possesses a fleshy appearance resembling exposed muscle tissue. The entity stands approximately 2 meters tall, and possesses four arms. The upper arms have a long sharp bone extending from the forearms. It has amber colored eyes, and a symbol of Daeva origin on the forehead.
KTE-0922 is hostile to GOC personnel and had targeted facilities storing equipment for Strike Teams. It carries an infectious virus that reanimate and mutate dead organisms that are referred to as KTE-0922-S. KTE-0922-S entities lack regenerative properties, and are easily liquidated as Type Grays3 generally are.
Entity manifests outside of facilities via a portal, which is considered to be a separate anomaly (see PSYCHE Records below). It has been observed at arrival to be accompanied by snipers from the Chaos Insurgency who remain outside of the facility.
Rules of Engagement: Strike Teams and GOC operatives are to aim at the head and legs of KTE-0922 at a distance if possible. The slow pace of KTE-0922 is to be exploited.
It is to be captured to accomplish final liquidation, which the techniques of erosion and submersion is to be performed. Hydrochloric acid is to be used to submerge KTE-0922 in.

PSYCHE Records
The following is a report submitted after the first two encounters with KTE-0922. It details events before the entity's manifestation.
Parathreat Investigation Special Observer: George Carter (8937212/NI3)
Overview: Type Red humanoid threat entity is targeting GOC facilities under the command of the Chaos Insurgency.
Parathreat Evidence: While under cover within the Chaos Insurgency, I witnessed suspicious activity within the compound I was stationed. Daevite texts were being shipped from a dig site along with various artifacts.
In the basement level of the facility, tests are conducted to evaluate recovered items for possible applications. The contents of the text are likely in regards to transfiguration according to a series of notes. Various test subjects expired from the first round of testing, and had been incinerated before closer observation.
They took the texts to a chamber I had planted cameras in when spying on previous experiments. The corpse of a decease operative of the CI was brought in, and laid on a table. A wound was visible on the left side of the head.
Later, an elderly man with a Middle Eastern appearance was wheeled into the chamber. The entrance was locked and a CI officer spoke to the elderly man. Both spoke an unknown language, which I submitted for analysis.4
The old man was shown the daevite books as security removed the clothing of the deceased subject. Then, the old man was moved to the body and provided with medical equipment. After opening the subject and pouring unknown substances, the man began to carve on the forehead with a scalpel while chanting. The camera feeds was interrupted several times throughout this process, and the body began to be altered. The cameras then ceased all transmission.
I later observed the entity being transported 20 minutes later to another chamber where another anomalous item was stored. The item in question is capable of opening portals and is mechanical.5 At that time, I believe they sent it to us. I learned they wanted to see its capabilities with a document I recovered and is attached to this report.6
Suggested Response/Request: A raid on the compound is likely necessary to acquire knowledge to eliminate the threat, and destroy deavite text. The Coalition possess methods to eliminate Type Reds, but the Insurgency may be able to develop more entities to overwhelm us. It would be less costly as well than to perform the usual methods of liquidation.
Also, the old man seemed familiar with the Daeva material. We may have a live daevite on our hands, and so we must capture and liquidate.

Used also to increase regenerative time for KTE-0922 to grow back limbs.
Various unconventional weapons were used on the entity such as power drills, poles, welders, and a stove.7 Usage of suppresive stealth-to-air missiles were considered but deemed costly to deploy and unnecessary.
Below is an excerpt from a letter from Dr. Frederick Hindenburg, Research and Development.
Recently I have been attempting to develop a thaumaturgic method to eliminate transfigured entities. The raid on the Insurgency compound will be beneficial for my research due to the daevite text. I may be able to reverse-engineer its contents to modify bullets. The intention is that rounds would undo the transfiguration of subjects, leading to an alternative of sparing the life of the afflicted.
All I need is at least pictures of the contents of the daevite text. Please consider this.

Mission (Location/Objective):
Raid Chaos Insurgency compound where KTE -0922 was created. Acquire Daeva artifacts for analysis. Capture and liquidate possible daevite.
Encounter Report/Enemy Description:
Various CI operatives were encountered. One we encountered had a few mechanical augmentations that made him difficult to kill. He exploded upon death.
Two caged creatures were let loose on us that looked alike. They looked like a lizard mixed with a dog. One was dark brown while the other was dark green. The green one had spines on its back. The creature's spat acid but other than that they lacked further properties.
Inside down in the basement we terminated a loose test subject who's body was split in half revealing rows of teeth. It was a makeshift mouth and tendrils came out of it. The head of the subject continuously begged to die. Corpse was incinerated.
Results:
The facility was in the middle of being torched to the ground at arrival. No items were present that was deemed essential. We did find KTE-0922 within a storage container. It did not react to us and looked like it was decaying. In the basement level, we found a few Daeva artifacts. Along with those were disfigured bodies of CI agents inside a chamber with a large safe. The safe was opened and empty inside.
A folder was found that contains notes on the daevite artifacts, and various printed copies of pages from the books. The actual texts themselves were no where to be found along with the possible daevite.
Personnel Condition:
Minor injuries mostly to some members though one had serious burns on the side of his face. Only one casualty occurred from sniper fire.
Conclusions/Recommendations:
The CI knew we were coming. All of the things they had stored here were relocated, and they were going to destroy the building to leave no evidence. Fortunately, we arrived sooner than expected to salvage what we can.
The dead transfigured bodies of the CI agents in the basement should be analyzed. It looked like a struggle occurred. It be good to know what happened to them.
KTE-0922 is currently perfect to perform standard liquidation. It is vulnerable due to being idle. We could have it analyzed too to see why it is the way it is, but I feel that is risky to keep it alive. The books need to to be tracked too since we don't need the CI making monsters.
Speaking of which, efforts should be made to track down the possible daevite. I recommend we have all undercover agents in the CI look into the matter. We need confirmation of daevite origin. We can't have a living Daeva on our hands again out there.
