Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5002 is to be held in a remote location within Site 62 with 24 hour video surveillance. SCP-5002 is stationed inside of a titanium-lead container (4 by 6 by 6 meters), with a constant temperature of 40.5 degrees Celsius, guarded by no less than 15 Level-4 personnel at all times. Foundation xenobiologists remain on-site to keep constant physical monitoring and stabilization of SCP-5002, and additionally to test the limits of SCP-5002’s enraged states (view enraged states). Protocol-5002-A is a highly advanced technique targeted to attack Scp-5002 in a low enraged state. Protocol-5002-A does not work if Scp-5002 is in a medium or high enraged state. After a week with no radio or physical signal from breach personnel, Protocol-5002-B launches, terminating Site 62 with thermonuclear weaponry.
Description: Scp-5002 is a bipedal Alien creature from the planet [DATA EXPUNGED], approximately 2.7 meters in height, and weighs 110 kg. Scp-5002 obtains a grayish-tan color, which morphs to a darker tint during enraged states. Subjects exposed to Scp-5002 exhibit symptoms of neurological decay. Upon closer MRI scans, subjects are found to have permanent neurological damage. Scp-5002 resembles a human figure, except for it’s thin skin-like wrapping. The wrapping covers a grooved endoskeleton, composed of a chitin-like material with raised sharpened grooves. Scp-5002 gains additional powers upon rampage, one of which being it’s skin, transforming into a sharper, and more dense material.
Scp-5002 produces a constant sound with a frequency of65,000 hertz. It is not certain where the origin of the sound occurs, however, foundation xenobiologists have theorized that the noise is produced by Scp-5002’s skin, but have no evidence to support their claim. Further research is planned. Scp-5002 can travel at speeds of 150 kph almost silently. Scp-5002 appears to gain knowledge of a subjects fear, and uses it to shock it’s pray, thus, allowing Scp-5002 to easily terminate. xenobioligists researching Scp-5002 are not certain of how Scp-5002 collects it’s data of fear, but is thought to relate to neurological decay. Subjects having past presence with Scp-5002 have reported experiencing their fear visually and/or audibly. Subjects also have logged experiencing past memories of shock, and amongst this group, few subjects have reported paralysis in the presence of Scp-5002. Subject interrogation has revealed that subjects with childhood abuse, or anxiety/depression disorders are prone to paralysis in the presence of of Scp-5002.
Scp-5002 powers its rage by feeding on the cerebral cortex of the human brain. Upon each harvest, Scp-5002 gains additional powers. Foundation xenobiologists created an enraged states chart to further describe Scp-5002’s enraged states for diagnosis and stabilization.

Feeds off of cerebral cortex after decapitation of the head. Consumes other parts of the brain with rapid biting
