Description:
SCP-XXXX is the remains of a basement, any person that would stand in front of the door way leading to the basement are convinced there is a man in the basement. If a person stands in front of the basement alone they would become paralyzed until another person would enter the room. After standing in front of the basement for five (5) minutes or longer the person will begin to experience paranoia. They would become convened the man in the basement is watching them everywhere they go in the house, this will become an obsession.
SCP-XXXX was found after rumors of a haunted house that makes people go insane. Fallowing a police report about the █████ family was reported missing. the family was found to have been hiding in there closet for the past two weeks, The closet was filled with [REDACTED]. Two of the family members had been [REDACTED], it is thought this was out of starvation. The only living family member was given amnesics and detained.

I couldn't escape him, the more time I spent in there the more he watched me, I didn't have to see him to know he is there, he is still in that house Dr he is there. Dr. Oliver: No one is there, the house is empty.

Dr. Oliver: We did, multiple times.

June 15 2009: Dr. █████ had been researching SCP-XXXX inside of the house for two (2) years. Dr.█████ reported a man in the house, despite always staying two feet away from SCP-XXXX. one (1) hour and forty (40) minutes later the house containing SCP-XXXX was found on fire, with the guards keeping watch shot and DR.█████ was not found on sight, his current whereabouts are unknown. The person responsible for the incident is also unknown.
