Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a room measuring 4.5 meters in length, width and height, the door must be at least 4.1 meters tall and shall be kept locked at all times. No human is to be allowed access to SCP-XXXX without written permission from level 2 personnel tasked with overseeing SCP-XXXX. Outside of testing, no human is allowed to enter the containment chamber of SCP-XXXX alone.
Note from O5 command: After the containment breach on ██/██/20██, no SCPs are to be cross-tested with SCP-XXXX until further notice.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a blue massage table, measuring 71 centimeters in width, 185 centimeters in length, and 77 centimeters in height. When any vertebrate is placed on top of SCP-XXXX, an entity, referred to as SCP-XXXX-1 will begin to manifest behind the closest door after 1-3 minutes. D-class personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX report a sense of comfort in the presence of SCP-XXXX-1, which they describe as appearing to be an ordinary massage therapist. Camera feeds however, show a violet, transparent humanoid without defining features measuring roughly 2.5 meters in height.
3-7 minutes after the initial appearance of SCP-XXXX-1, the subject is compelled to lie face-down on top of SCP-XXXX, after which SCP-XXXX-1 begins to gently massage the back of the subject. this causes the torso of the subject, henceforth designated SCP-XXXX-2, to slowly elongate, growing additional vertebrae, with SCP-XXXX growing in length to accommodate the subject, until the subject reaches roughly 4 meters in length or a third party enters the room, at which point SCP-XXXX-1 vanishes. This causes no harm to the subject, apart from various complications caused by the height as well as the presence of additional vertebrae.
Discovery
SCP-XXXX came to the attention of the Foundation ██/07/197█ when a 53-year-old woman measuring 4 meters in height admitted herself to █████ Hospital, ██████, █████. Amnestics were given to all witnesses and the woman was taken to Site-██ and interviewed by Dr. ██████:

Dr. ██████: How are you feeling? Is your back bothering you?
SCP-XXXX-2: Yes, but not physically.
Dr. ██████: Please elaborate.
SCP-XXXX-2: Well, first of all, I'm not supposed to be this tall, as you can probably guess, not to mention the vertigo.
Dr. ██████: Do you have any idea as to what may have caused this sudden surge of growth?
SCP-XXXX-2: Well, I recently suffered what I believe to been a ruptured disc, so I obviously had to seek medical help. I found this newly opened massage parlor, I don't remember the exact name, but I do recall that the sign at the front was written all in lowercase. It was a lot cheaper than a normal massage therapist would've been, so I decided to give it a try. There was no receptionist, but there was a note that said that the therapist was busy, but that I was welcome to come in and wait. When the therapist finally came back, I felt this weir, irresistible compulsion to take off my clothes and lie face-down on the table. He started gently massaging my back, which started to feel a lot better. I didn't notice anything weird until he was done, as I banged my head in the ceiling as I stood up.

SCP-XXXX-2: Not fully, but I remember the the street, ████████Street, █████.

Closing Statement: Foundation agents were sent to investigate and secure the site. The woman expired from a severe blood clot that traveled to her lung, caused by her abnormal height.
Test Log XXXX-1:
Subject: D-9473, suffering from severe scoliosis.
Purpose: To determine the effects of SCP-XXXX on spinal deformities.
Observed effects: 2 minutes after D-9473 entered the containment chamber, SCP-XXXX-1 appeared. After 5 minutes and 38 seconds, SCP-XXXX-1 left the room. The subject was immediately x-rayed, showing a straight spine with [REDACTED] vertebrae. The subject fell unconscious from hypoxia of the brain, and remains in a vegetative state.
“If it can heal spinal deformities, perhaps it can heal major injuries as well.”
Subject: D-9468, paralyzed from the waist down following testing on SCP-████.
Purpose: To determine the effects of SCP-XXXX on major spinal injury.
Observed effects: D-9468 was placed on SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 appeared after 2 minutes and 18 seconds. After 4 minutes and 3 seconds, SCP-XXXX-1 left the room. The subject did not regain the ability to walk.
Subject: One female brown rat (Rattus norvegicus).
Purpose: To find out if SCP-XXXX can affect non-human vertebrates.
Observed effects: The subject was placed upon SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 appeared after 2 minutes and 53 seconds, and appeared to start gently petting the subject, causing it to elongate. After 6 minutes and 13 seconds, SCP-XXXX-1 left the room. The subject, now measuring 4 meters in length slithered out through the door, and was immediately terminated.

Subject: One female green anaconda (Eunectes murinus) measuring 4.3 meters.
Purpose: To see how SCP-XXXX affects subjects longer than 4 meters.
Observed effects: 2 minutes and 4 seconds after the subject was placed on SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 appeared and started massaging the subject. SCP-XXXX-1 left the room after 3 minutes and 2 seconds. Examination of the subject showed that it lacked multiple vertebrae and measured 4 meters in length.
