Special Containment Procedures: SCP-025-j is to be kept in a 25 X 25 meter containment cell. The cell is to be decorated with fake grass and blue painted walls. SCP-025-j will be given 25(five) raw sardines every meal three meals a day, and a "nest" made of straw to sleep on.

Since containment, SCP-025-J has requested the following:

• A Computer to "communicate with his people"(Denied)
• A supply of chips (Denied)
• A TV with episodes of the TV show "Kirby Right Back At Ya!" (Approved)

Description: SCP-25-j, nicknamed "bbobb" by staff, is a penguin-esque creature of large size. It has a navy blue feather color with a tan belly. When inactive, scp-025-j acts like a normal penguin, the only difference being it's apparently higher brain function and ability to speak.

SCP-025-j's anomalous effects activate when a bag of chips, hereby labeled scp-025-j-2, is opened within ████ meters of scp-025-j, it will enter a state of "chip rage", where it will burst out of containment and rush toward scp-025-j-2 at up to ██ kilometers per hour. Once it reaches the person in possession of scp-025-j-2, it will audibly state that it wants them to "hand them another bag o' them chips". If the person in possession of scp-025-j-2 refuses, it will repeat the phrase again. If they refuse a second time, scp-025-j will open it's jaw to [REDACTED] past the normal amount a penguin's jaw can open and devour both scp-025-j-2 and the person in possession of scp-025-j-2 whole. It will then return to a passive state and allow itself to be returned to it's containment cell.

Addendum: After examination, SCP-025-J seems to resemble the video game character King Dedede, from the Kirby series of games. His accent also resemble the accent of Dedede in the TV show Kirby Right back at ya!
