Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4127 is housed in a specially built holding cell at Site-54. The walls of this cell have been reinforced with multiple layers of titanium, chromium and steel. The entire enclosure has been outfitted with silver plates capable of delivering 75,000 volts of electricity in the event of a breach. Two Level 2 personnel should be posted outside the entrance to SCP 4127's cell at all times.
Only personnel of Level 2 or higher should be granted access to observe SCP 4127, and they are restricted from entering the enclosure under any circumstances. Class D personnel are the only personnel permitted to enter the cell in order to feed and care for SCP 4127. If SCP 4127 attempts to breach containment while a feeding is in progress, the cell is to be sealed immediately regardless of the status of Class D personnel.
At this time SCP 4127 appears to be impervious to conventional weapons and chemicals. In the event of a breach, Site-54 is considered to be at Code Black and should be fully evacuated.
Description: SCP 4127 is a large, quadrupedal creature that is approximately 5 meters tall. It is covered in dozens of eyes around its entire body giving it 360 degree vision. It is covered in razor sharp quills similar to a porcupine that it is capable of firing at a distant target and possess a long flexible tail. The creature has multiple mouths covering its body, each one containing hundreds of teeth. The creature is capable of extending these mouths into tentacle like formations 7 meters long.
SCP 4127 is carnivorous, and is single minded in its attempts to obtain fresh meat. SCP 4127 displays no advanced intelligence, however it is extremely creative in its attempts to lure in prey. On ██/██/████ researchers were observed it laying motionless in its cell. Two Class D personnel were sent into the cell, and were quickly devoured when it was revealed that SCP 4127 was faking its injuries.
SCP 4127 was accidentally brought back to our dimension by SCP 507 during its trip to WQK-112-994. While SCP 507 was in this dimension, it attracted the attention of SCP 4127 and was promptly captured. SCP 507 shifted back while 4127 was in contact with it, shifting both of them back into our dimension.
SCP 4127 skin has been tested to be impervious to any conventional weapons including bullets, knives, fire, and chemicals. Electricity is the only known form of weapon that is able to harm SCP 4127. Further methods of containment are currently being investigated.
Addendum-1: The following is a transcription of security camera footage of SCP 4127's arrival in our dimension:
[Footage shows a unknown hallway in a foundation facility. SCP 4127 and SCP 507 suddenly appear in the middle of the hallway.]
SCP 507: AHHHHHH GET IT OFF OF ME
[Several personal begin shooting at SCP 4127 in an attempt to get it to stop mauling SCP 507]
Agent 1: Bullets aren't working! It won't get shot!
Agent 2: What do we do?!
[Agent 3 pulls a grenade off his belt and throws it at SCP 4127. The resulting explosion does not injure SCP 4127 but distracts it enough so that SCP 507 can escape]
Agent 2: OH GOD! HERE IT COMES!
Agent 1: It's not getting me without a fight.
[SCP 4127 sweeps Agent One off his feet and devours him whole]
Agent 2: [Yells into a radio] Code Blank! Code Blank!
[SCP 4127 proceeds to devour 5 Foundation personnel before it slices through an electrical panel and is knocked unconscious]
