Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a Complex Humanoid Cell at Site-██. SCP-XXXX containment must have lights that only contain both UV and LED Lights. Blacklights (or UV lights) seem to work better because of both time and the effectiveness of it. The only way to enter is a handprint by a Site Director. SCP-XXXX’s cell must be guarded by a minimum of 2 guards, but preferably more. The Blacklights, Surveillance, and Motion Sensors are all inside and outside of the Containment Cell. Surveillance must be monitored at all times via Security Room XXXX-1 and Head Security Room █-█.
Interaction between staff and SCP-XXXX is not allowed under any circumstances, if you have any questions please see Site Director ███████. Blacklights as well as LED lights are the only containable lights as of now, it’s the only possible way we can contain SCP-XXXX, till we find something else. It is unknown why SCP-XXXX is stopped by the lights, excessive research must be done.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Humanoid entity, around 1.9 meters tall. SCP-XXXX wears a non-branded hoodie, non-branded dark jeans, █████ branded shoes, resembles an average person. The Clothes seem to be a little worn out, a little dirt then and there. SCP-XXXX will most likely have their hood on, it is unknown whether SCP-XXXX has a face, eyes, or any facial features.
SCP-XXXX rarely seems communicate or interact with staff, the only time was an experiment done on a D Class subject, see Experiment XXXX-A-1. SCP-XXXX does understand commands given and follows them, seeming that he understand english and hand signals. Remain on alert when dealing anywhere near SCP-XXXX, be on alert for any possible disturbances.
SCP-XXXX can make blackouts with any lights except plain UV lights or LED lights. SCP-XXXX, during a blackout, has the ability to teleport past solid material like, doors, and even our █████████ ███.
Experiment: XXXX-A-1 (Link)
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was discovered after a large number of homicides, which all see to be revolved around each other. SCP-XXXX was in a abandoned apartment complex, in ██████████ ███████ town. Apartment was room 37, Second Floor, South on █████████. Residents discovered loud noises coming from one of the rooms up on the South side, on the second floor, on █/██/████. Noises sounded like metal on metal, some assumed glass shattering, one time screaming and it sounded muffled. Police were called at 21:43 and discovered SCP-XXXX inside room 37. SCP-XXXX was apprehended to ███████ Police Department and put into a cell. SCP-XXXX did not fight back, just stood there staring at the floor. SCP-XXXX caused a blackout and therefore led 3/4 of the Officers dead. SCP-XXXX was later taken to the Foundation on █/██/████ to Site-██.
