Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in an ordinary protective case, inside its standard containment cell. Every 36 hours, an assigned D-class personnel is to wear SCP-XXXX-1 and be placed and cuffed inside a reinforced solitary confinement box, wide enough to accommodate an average-sized human male, but small enough to hinder most bodily movements. The assigned D-class personnel is to be kept inside the box for approximately 12 minutes, until the transferring properties of SCP-XXXX are temporarily neutralized. SCP-XXXX-1 should be inserted back in its case after the transferring is obstructed.

Description: SCP-XXXX describes a phenomenon, in which space-manipulating abilities are attributed to any single ordinary pair of glasses, that is randomly selected around the world. Any pair of glasses that is under the effect of SCP-XXXX is to be named SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX-1 maintains the appearance it had before coming in contact with SCP-XXXX. When a person wears an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, they undergo permanent biological changes in their retina that either enhance or diminish their optical powers, presumably so that they can be compatible with the current instance of SCP-XXXX-1. The ocular modification period averages from 8 - 12 minutes, depending on the magnitude of the modification.

After compatibility is ensured, the subject wearing SCP-XXXX-1 gradually gains full control over space based on their own spatial perspective. Many examples of the powers gained from SCP-XXXX, based on recorded incidents, include but are not limited to:

• The ability to change the size or mass of any object, by controlling the depth relative to the user.
• The transportation of even the heaviest of objects over impossible distances, at velocities that far exceed the speed of sound.
• The ability to obliterate any and all matter, regardless of distance, requiring as little as the subject's fingertips.
• The creation of extreme environmental conditions and phenomena, due to the instability caused by all of the above.

Changes to any object or environment caused by the effect of SCP-XXXX are permanent, and SCP-XXXX continues to manifest inside an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 for as long as a person is wearing it.
Should the compatible user of SCP-XXXX-1 cease wearing its current instance, the effect of SCP-XXXX will be transferred to another pair of glasses around the world if SCP-XXXX-1 if left unworn for more than 36 hours.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX was first discovered by the Foundation in 17██, although it is speculated that instances of SCP-XXXX-1 had begun emerging and being used by numerous people of interest as early as ███-██, based on extensive archeological research. Some of these people are renown historical figures such as [DATA EXPUNGED], while other notable users could be labeled as relative unknowns. The way SCP-XXXX has been utilized throughout history varies from person to person, as some subjects have used it for relatively unremarkable feats, while others have employed SCP-XXXX for actions that will forever remain recorded in the Foundations logs.
