Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to remain contained in site-34's humanoid reality benders containment wing in a standard humanoid containment cell with an attached Scranton reality buoy. until their eventual passing or termination. SCP-XXXX is to be provided with standard nutritional supplements every 12 hours. Along with this SCP-XXXX is to be under constant CCTV surveillance while in containment. Under no circumstances is SCP-XXXX allowed to exit their containment chamber unless for testing purposes. Every 1-2 months a group of around 4 d-class personnel is to be introduced into SCP-XXXX's containment cell and all surveillance equipment is to be turned off. After this, all class-c and above personnel are to vacate the room and the d-class are to be considered terminated. Any noises made after introducing said d-class is be ignored. Upon the cessation of said noises, automatic disposal systems are to be activated and SCP-XXXX is to be moved to an auxiliary containment cell until the all clear is given by the automatic disposal system or supervising personnel. After which SCP-XXXX is to be moved back into their original containment chamber. SCP-XXXX's containment cell and buoy are to be inspected bimonthly by the engineering and technical department for any damages caused by the previously listed containment procedures. During this time SCP-XXXX is to be moved to an auxiliary containment cell. Likewise, this auxiliary containment cell and the buoy are to inspected every 4 months by the engineering and technical department.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a human male from Iraqi decent standing at 5'11. Originally discovered and ID'd as Thabit Inan by police at the Iraqi protest of 2018. Before being ID'd a police report showed that SCP-XXXX was partaking in riot-like actions, throwing bottles, bricks, etc. Upon being taken into police custody SCP-XXXX was questioned about their purpose for protesting and had the rest of their information gathered. After this SCP-XXXX appeared to phase out of their handcuffs and transform a nearby officer into a duck. After this CCTV footage shows SCP-XXXX disappear out of the building.
SCP-XXXX came to foundation attention when they reappeared at the protests and began levitating and massacring nearby civilians. A nearby undercover mobile task force Iota-10 unit noticed the event and radioed in light support. Upon the arrival of support, a portable reality anchor was deployed. After the deployment of the anchor, SCP-XXXX immediately became paralyzed and was taken into Foundation custody. After being taken away Class-A amnestics were dispersed into the witnessing crowd via 40mm cartridges and portable smoke grenades. After being successfully placed into a holding containment cell SCP-XXXX was questioned via an in cell intercom system. After questioning it was discovered SCP-XXXX was in GOI-3 "The kingdom of Abaddin." as a low ranking member. When asked why they were in Iraq and why they were massacring civilians SCP-XXXX responded with "I crave to kill, I love to kill, it is what keeps me alive. I will forever have a bloodlust, let the sky rain dark red, all hail Abaddin." When asked again why they were in Iraq SCP-XXXX did not answer the question. Once done with questioning SCP-XXXX was placed in a permanent containment cell and a Scranton reality buoy was installed. After containment, breach-351 containment protocols were reexamined and it was discovered the reason for the breach was due to a power build up breaking the buoy and allowing SCP-XXXX to teleport out of their cell and go on a rampage throughout the facility before being recontained by a rapid response unit. After testing the current containment procedures were drafted and approved by Site Director Millar on 2/10/19.

Re: Great work so far
More research is to be done regarding the nature of this SCP and where it originates from. If we can get this information I believe it will be useful for future operations regarding GOI-3. Until then keep up the great work.
