Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained on top of a pedestal on a 5mx5mx5m steel lined cell on Site-15. Staff with Level 2 or higher clearance may have access to SCP-####'s cell for testing. Under no circumstance, is anyone allowed to touch SCP-XXXX (see description of SCP further down).

Description: SCP-XXXX is a smartphone with no serial number or any other information which could track its origin or model. Despite this, it still contains functions most modern smartphones can achieve such as making calls, sending text messages and connecting to Wifi, etc. SCP-XXXX was found on ██/█/████, in the house of Mr. ███████ █████ (deceased) in Porto, Portugal. Its containment was not easy, due to the fact that most retrieval teams died when trying to bring SCP-XXXX to the Foundation.

Anyone in close proximity (one (1) to two (2) meters) will suffer from nausea, fatigue and severe blood loss, even though no blood is directly removed from the person in proximity. If the subject doesn't walk away from SCP-XXXX, it'll pass out due to blood loss previously mentioned and die in around three (3) to five (5) minutes. At the same time, anyone who touches it, will suffer an even more severe case of blood loss, which will not disappear if the subject walks away from it, and will die in around two (2) minutes.

Testing also showed that the phone will anomalously charge itself when someone is close to it, so it's theorized SCP-XXXX removes the blood anomalously from the person in range and uses it to charge itself.

Addendum: Senior Researcher ████ ordered all testing to be suspended for a period of one (1) month. This suspension of testing was issued in order to make SCP-XXXX run out of battery and subsequently determine how many subjects must be exposed to SCP-XXXX and how long it will take for it to fully charge itself.

Addendum: SCP-#### has been confirmed to have run out of battery after ██ days of inactivity. Class-D Personnel are to be exposed to SCP-#### as soon as possible.

Addendum: Ten (10) Class-D Personnel were ordered to enter, one at a time, in SCP-#### cell. Another five (5) Class-D Personnel remained outside of the cell as reserves. This test showed that SCP-#### needed 7 Class-D Personnel to fully charge itself. This process took around 28 minutes.
