Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a standard book-holder and SCP-XXXX-1 is to be not with SCP-XXXX but in the room across in 156x20x20 millimeter pen box, in a Level 2 Containment Room. Any tests held must be located in a controlled area with no distractions.
During interviews with SCP-XXXX-2 interviewers must be very careful not to evoke an emotional response. (Read Interview Log SCP-XXXX-2-B)
Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard modern notebook with no apparent anomalous features,
when used with any form of writing, (ink, graphite, etc) will have the writing slowly fade away within █ minutes.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a █████ brand pen with also no apparent anomalous features, when used, the users blood transfers from an unknown part of the body and by unknown means, it then transfers onto the pen's "ink system", subjects don't find this painful and it is estimated takes █████ pages of writing to cause symptoms of blood loss.
When SCP-XXXX-1 is used on SCP-XXXX, subject then writes about a tragic moment in their life, this process can take █ minutes and subjects appear to be in a state reacting to no other stimulus. When SCP-XXXX-1 is taken from the subject they snap out of their unresponsive state and stop next stage of its anomalous effect. Mostly 10 mili██████ of blood is lost, there have been reports of higher or less.
Once subject is done they will be currently be known as SCP-XXXX-2 for the duration of their time with being involved with SCP-XXXX, subjects will appear to be in an emotionally distressed state an can often lead to subject committing suicide depending on background history. The emotionally distressed state often lasts 15 to 30 minutes also depending on background history.
Note: It appears the most likely reason for the distress is because during the state, when the subject is writing they are in a dream like state probably very lucid but no control and encounters the traumatic experience again.

History: When an old shack was being renovated the contractor found a "fancy" pen and a notebook the contractor "tested to see if SCP-XXXX-1 still works and the contractor used it coincidentally on the notebook.
Subject experienced same events as other subjects. The contractor called the police and said there was a magical notebook and pen.
Agent █████
was scanning the police record database to see if there were any calls about anomalies Agent █████ found and heard about the contractors story and sent an MTF unit to retrieve the object. After SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 were retrieved police and contractor have been given Class B amnesiacs.
