Item #: SCP-3920
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3920 is to be locked away in Site-19 with 2 double locked doors, any personnel affected are to be given Class-A or Class-B aesthetics depending on the severity. At all times is SCP-3920 to be held by any type of organic life and when it needs to be moved it is locked in a 30 by 30 centimeter box and the people moving it away must wear hazmat at all times, in times of emergency the sample is to be burnt.
Description: SCP-3920 is a microscopic parasite that can live for up to 2 years without electricity, it can only infect a living being by digging a hole in it's skin and entering the blood stream, if the host has a scar it can infect a host immediately after it being latched on by SCP-3920, all samples of SCP-3920 are connected to each other, this was theorized to be cellular mitosis, once a host is infected it will be called SCP-3920-2 and if the host gets rid of SCP-3920, the subject will be called SCP-3920-2-EX and then once full recovery there normal way of being classified. When it infects a subject it will "feed" off it's electricity in the brain, this can cause lower level of reactions and/or emotions, the only way to get rid of SCP-3920 is electroshock therapy, if enough voltage at least 500 volts, it can temporarily "disable" SCP-3920 this is unknown why. If SCP-3920 infects a host for too long it can "control" the host, this is dangerous because it can lessen the severity of how the host acts, once recovered, the host no longer has emotions and similar to Dr. Gears. Once fully infected the host cannot be returned to it's normal state and has to be burnt so no copies of SCP-3920, there is no found out way to will be created, once 3/4 of the electricity in the brain is taken it will be 100% noticeable. It is impossible to find all samples of SCP-3920 and whether or not it has infected civilians. There is no found method of destroying all copies of SCP-3920
(See Test Log 3920-1)
History: SCP-3920 was found when a new d class batch came in and one of the D-8891 had the noticeable symptoms, the whole entire d block went into lock down and D-8891 was terminated, and Dr. Mendi requested brain biopsy and looked the piece of the brain under a microscope,
luckily Dr. Mendi was wearing a hazmat suit, so he didn't get infected.
