Special Containment Procedures: Any civilians found to be infected with SCP-XXXX-1 are to be detained and monitored as the infection progresses. Personal must follow standard contamination procedures while interacting with infected subjects. Five SCP-XXXX-2 instances will be kept at site-███ for study, excess instances will be incinerated [SEE INCIDENT-XXXX.1 FOR MORE DETAILS] All discovered SCP-XXXX-2 instances will be sealed in heavy duty disposal units and buried 1 km underground. SCP-XXXX-3 is to be stored in a standard storage unit at site-███ in containment zone Z9 [SEE INCIDENT-XXXX.1 FOR MORE DETAILS]. Recovery of SCP-XXXX-3 is considered top priority. All interaction with SCP-XXXX instances is to be carried out using unmanned drones, human interaction is only permitted with permission from three (3) members of the O5 council.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective designation for SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a highly infectious disease that it transmitted via touch. SCP-XXXX-1 is highly resilient to most forms of destruction (barring incineration [SEE INCIDENT-XXXX.1 FOR MORE DETAILS]) but has been shown to degrade in its potency over time. Inanimate objects are unaffected by SCP-XXXX-1 infection but will act as carriers for living organisms.

Infected organisms are designated as SCP-XXXX-2. Within approximately fifteen (15) minutes infected subjects will experience the following affects:

  1. The subject will begin to feel numbness throughout their entire bodies for a period of ten (10) minutes.
  2. The subject will begin feeling dull pain in previously numb body parts. During this stage subjects begin moving slower. Autopsies at this stage have shown that the subjects bones begin to fuse together.
  3. The bones will continue to fuse until the subject is completely paralysed. The subject may remain alive and conscious for a maximum period of 1 week before dying of dehydration, unless their mouth was closed during step 2.
  4. the subject will begin emitting a strong memetic effect, causing all who views them to perceive them as a mannequin. This effect can be overcome with sufficient observation and logical reasoning. The strength of the effect varies widely between SCP-XXXX-2 subjects
