Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept a 6-digit locked safe within a 2 m x 2m x 2 m storage cell at Site-██ Safe wing. The outside of SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by one (1) armed guard at all times.
Testing with SCP-XXXX is only allowed with permission of a level 3 senior research personnel, anyone attempting access to SCP-XXXX without permission from a level 3 senior researcher is to be aprehended immediately.
After Incident-XXXX-█, D Class testing is forbidden unless given permission by a research staff member of clearence level 4.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small metal sphere, with about five (5) centimeters of radius from the center of the object.
SCP-XXXX anomalous ability is triggered when a human being makes physical contact with the object. SCP-XXXX begins to change size, shape, material and chemical composition in a process that takes between 15-30 seconds.
SCP-XXXX will transform into an item that the subject is in need of, this obviously depends on the situation the subject is in.
Anything preventing direct physical contact with SCP-XXXX (gloves, towels,…) will not cause its anomalous effects to activate.

SCP-XXXX was retrieved from [REDACTED] in ██/██/20██, by agent █████ ██████. The agent was being chased by 2 Chaos Insurgency operatives in the city sewer system, until he found the object attached to a note (See Addendum-XXXX-1). Upon picking it up, SCP-XXXX turned into an M67 Feagmentation hand grenade, which he used to terminate the 2 operatives. SCP-XXXX appeared in the area where it was detonated in its normal state, and it was moved to Foundation custody.

- Result: SCP-XXXX turned into a bottle of anti-depressives. D 9531 had been diagnosed with clinical depression and confessed that he was planning to commit suicide later that day.

- Subject: D 1493
- Pre-Experimental Report: During transport, D 1493 attempted to attack the guard, resulting in D 1493 getting shot 3 times in the abdomen. D 1493 was quickly transported into SCP-XXXX testing area.
- Result: SCP-XXXX turned into an a first aid kit, which D 1493 used to treat himself.

- Pre-Experimental Report: D 1598 has lung cancer.
- Result: SCP-XXXX turned into a red pill. Upon ingesting SCP-XXXX, D 1598 did not report anything happening.
2 hours later, SCP-XXXX reappeared in the testing chamber, and D 1598 was moved to the on-site medical bay for analises.
D 1598 was cured from his cancer, SCP-XXXX possibly turned into SCP-500.

- Pre-Experimental Report: A breach of SCP- caused a power failure in the Site.
- Result: SCP-XXXX turned into an a flashlight, which helped the researcher navigate through the unlit halls and help any wounded staff.

- Pre-Experimental Report: N/A
- Result: SCP-XXXX did not transform when physical contact was made between the subject and the object.

Incident-XXXX-█: During a standard testing with SCP-XXXX, when D 1721 made physical contact with the object, it became an M4A1 Assault Rifle, pre loaded and with an attached grenade launcher to it.
D 1721 immediately used it to escape containmnent. 17 personnel died and 4 got injured due to SCP-XXXX before D 1721 was terminated.
After the incident, O5 Command banned the use of D Class in SCP-XXXX testing.
