Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5332 is to be kept in anomalous storage guarded by two (2) ISD (Internal Security Department). Access to SCP-5332 requires authorization by at least two (2) level three (3) personnel. Anyone attempting to access SCP-5332 without proper authorization is to be detained on sight. Under no circumstances should a member of staff with a clearance of two (2) or lower enter the room. Any member of staff without proper authorization seen wearing SCP-5332 is to be terminated.
Description:
SCP-5332 is a black fedora with no company logo. SCP-5332 came to the foundation’s attention when a civilian, [][][] [][][][][] wearing SCP-5332 teleported into an airlock for SCP-[][]. How [][][] [][][][][] obtained SCP-5332 is unknown. SCP-5332 has the ability to teleport anyone wearing it. Extensive testing shows the wearer has slight control over where they are teleported to. [See Addendum]. If someone tries to use SCP-5332 from [] – 183 minutes since previous use will result in harm. These side effects are but not limited to, Death, Hallucination and Insanity. Exit points have a downside []% of the time, often resulting in death.

Addendum:
SCP-5332 appears to take the will of its wearer as a guiding point for the teleportation. Examination of Sentience is under consideration.
