Description
SCP - 7513 is an old Commodore 64, with the ability to change anything on the internet that deals with words. But can only do it if it has Internet access. If it has Internet access it has the ability to change SCP Object classes, Military documents, And much more.
Breach log - 0032
SCP - 7513 was given access to the internet in a breach event that originated from SCP - 079. Large scale documents describing how to contain high-level threats in the Foundation were changed drastically, making it impossible for threats during the breach to contain.
