Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6699 is to be kept 4m x 4m x 4m container made from iron, it is to be coated with aluminium that will disable SCP-6699's teleportation abilities.
The whole cell is also equipped with 24 UV lamps (working 24hrs) to keep it weak.
CCTV cameras are no use as the object's nature will completely blind them, the entity's presence
is monitored by a Geiger counter instead. No one is to be closer than 10m from the containment area,
lights in SCP-6699's facility are UV type and are to be on at all times, staff members are to wear
protective gear when entering the site as exposure to radiation is unnatural. If there is any complications at any time the site is to be on lock down,
before any personnel evades the building they are to pass a 'shadow' test that determines if the entity is attached to anyone's shadow. An MTF force is to be deployed for re-containment.

Description: SCP-6699 is a humanoid like shadow that is strong enough enough to form in the thinnest of particles (forming on air).
The measurements of the object are unknown due to the strict procedures,
it is considered that SCP-6699 can change form to it's desires. It has no concluded speed records,
the subject is known to teleport (phase) through most objects like certain metals, wood .etc
It is also very sensitive to UV+ rated light sources. It is know to attach to shadows
of it's hosts. You will feel it's presence behind you and your shadow will have 'glitch' effects if it has attached.

Addendum: Entity does not act hostile to any forms of life,
but is kept under these strict procedures because of it's strong abilities
that give threat to humanity.
