Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 6023 is kept in a 50m x 50m x 50m airtight concrete chamber at Site - ██. SCP - 6023's pipes are to be checked on a weekly basis to check for damages. No more than two guards protecting the entrance.

Description: SCP - 6023 is a large wooden farmhouse with a large pipe inside, the farmhouse is 48m long, 25m wide and 37m high. The pipe is 46m long and is roughly 1 meter tall and wide. The Farmhouse was discovered in ███████, █████ on the ██th of march, ████. A woman called the police to say that her husband walked in and disappeared in front of her eyes. Throughout testing this has never happened. No sightings have ever been reported of the husband.

The area is radioactive, the cause of which is unknown. Photography is limited due to the radiation. Only one viewable picture remains. All personnel that enter are required to have a hazmat suit on and a camera. The radiation level of the place is estimated to be more that ███ Gy.

It is unknown if the pipe carries/holds anything. The pipe carries a liquid that is highly a very infectious disease. The liquid is a turquoise and red colour. The liquid seems to be thick and sticky and flows like concrete. During testing it shown that the liquid cannot be frozen, but can be evaporated at ███°C. When turned into a gas, it is visible and has the same colour as its liquid state. If inhaled, the organism will die almost immediately and then will slowly dissolve into nothing. The cause of this is unknown. If the liquid is consumed, touched or stood near for more than 12 hours, it will start having the effects of SCP-6023-A.

Addendum 6023-1: Subjects that are infected can survive on any non-lethal gas.

Addendum 6023-2: SCP-500 has been found to cure the disease, but the pill has to be crushed, placed into water, evaporated and then needs to be breathed in by the subject.
