Special Containment Procedures: Personnel who possess a level 5 keycard are only allowed access to work in SCP-5000's enclosure. Description: Item SCP-5000 appears as a heptapod mammal, having two pairs of arms, one pair of legs and a tail that resembles the one of a spider monkey. The two front arms are used for walking crawling climbing and slashing at targets, the two middle arms grown out of his torso are used for carrying various items or sinking its claws into prey. The two back legs assist the front arms when climbing on any angled surface. SCP-5000 has long razor sharp strands of hair grown out from the back of the neck to the tip of SCP-5000 tail. SCP-5000 uses tail for whipping prey with the long hair strands causing the target to bleed and have chunks of flesh , SCP-5000 has three rows of serrated teeth. SCP-5000 body measurements record as 33 ft long, 4.7 ft wide, 9 ft tall and weighing 1050 lb. Observation test show that SCP-5000 is capable of withstanding 11,000 Newtons of force, lifting 13,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs, jumping a distance of 47 ft and a height of 30 feet, running at a speed of 115 mph, including a high level of intelligence. All personnel inside the enclosure during Test-E were brutally injured by SCP-5000. Two of the Class-D died of blood loss, the last three remained alive for an unknown reason by SCP-5000. 30 seconds after being bitten, the Class-D bodies began to twitch, eventually becoming extremely active. All three bodies began to mutate into mysterious creatures, growing longer limbs, two sets of horns, and a smaller version of SCP-5000'S tail and hair strands. A mobile task force team killed the mutated creatures and ensured that SCP-5000 couldn't make a containment breach.
