SCP-4707 “Keep It Warm”
Containment procedures:
SCP-4707 must be contained at all times. It may act normal with a neutral temperature, but even a single degree in temperature decrease can give it a substantial increase in abilities.
The SCP must be contained in a 3m x 3m 8 inch thick tungsten temperature-neutral cell, that is completely sealed, with a hatch on the top for entry-exit, that is sealed when closed. The temperature of the cell must always be in control. There must always be two level-3 clearance staff members in the surveillance room of SCP-4707, to ensure the security and maintenance of the temperature. Only level 4 clearance staff members are allowed to directly interact with SCP-4707, because it has exhibited an extreme ability, even in its neutral state, to persuade people to do its bidding.
In the event of a power failure, (see 4707-1) the systems are to bombard the containment cell with increased heat via a steam system to disable SCP-4707 until the power is restored and the temperature can be accurately controlled.
Description:
SCP-4707 resembles an adolescent male human, in all ways. However, if the exterior temperature starts to drop into the negative, even by a few degrees, its hair starts turns a glowing blue and its skin turns blue, and SCP-4707 begins to exhibit bizarre reactions. Increased stamina, strength, and immunity to the weather that would normally kill a human. Even at this, the increased abilities of the SCP begin much warmer, observed even as high at -1.
SCP-4707 has a cunning ability to manipulate people into doing what it commands for a short period of time. Certain experiments have shown that the people affected are doing what they are at their own will, and they informed us that the SCP expertly persuaded them with threats to their family and friends (that it does not know), and it uses many other things against the subjects.
Before containment, there were reports of the SCP going on murderous rampages in its hometown of ██████, ███████, in the country of ██████. It killed ██ humans, that were outside during the freezing temperatures. It tortured certain people, by removing teeth and fingernails using its own hands and whatever it could access around it, or it would simply remove the victims coats and other clothings and watch them freeze to death. If it did not torture the victim, it would quickly end their lives through choking or breaking the neck. These instances portray the strength this SCP can achieve. The SCP did this all while wearing a white t-shirt with a red insignia portrayed on the front, and superhero-themed cotton pajama bottoms.
After containment and experimentation it has been concluded that when SCP-4707 is exposed to increased heat, the opposite reaction occurs. Stamina, strength, and other abilities are drastically reduced, to the point of inability to stand upright. If the ambient temperature around SCP-4707 is neutral, around 0°, it behaves as a normal human. With this, although it behaves as a normal human, it does not seem to have human emotions. It is able to feel pain, and it has human reactions to external stimuli, such as a reflex hammer. The SCP has proven to not feel guilt or remorse, as it has killed [REDACTED] while in containment, without any visible emotions. With this we can conclude that it is possible for the SCP to commit gruesome acts if given the opportunity.
SCP-4707 also does not require anything that a normal human would depend on. Nutrition, water, and sleep. It has the capability to eat, drink and sleep, but it does not seem to need it to survive. It is unclear how the SCP gets its nutriments, or if it needs them at all to survive
It is unsure where this SCP originated from, but after questioning we can conclude this SCP has no recollection of being non-human. It claims to have grown up in the above-mentioned city, but it cannot recall a time where it felt any emotions. It is believed that the SCP originates from a non-terrestrial location, as the “parents” of the SCP claim to have found him on the ground outside of their home, after a meteor shower.
SCP-4707 must be contained at all times. It may be normal with a neutral temperature, but with its murderous intentions and the level of its abilities, even a single degree decrease can give it a substantial increase in abilities.

Test 4707-1 - ██/██/20██
Subject: SCP 4707
Procedure: Increase ambient heat of the cell
Results: SCP-4707 seems to be unable to function once the heat levels
increased above 30 degrees celsius. Subject displayed inability to perform
basic tasks, such as standing and speaking. Subject is still able to breathe
Analysis: Increased heat disables the subject. This will be used as a
fail-safe mechanism if there are ever any power failures.
Test 4707-2 - ██/██/20██
SCP-4707
Procedure: Decrease ambient temperature of SCP-4707’s cell to -100 degrees Celsius
Results: SCP-4707 dealt extreme damage to the interior of his cell with his bare hands. Its punches made 3-inch deep dents in the walls, 5 inches in some places
Analysis: SCP-4707 must never, under any circumstances be exposed to decreased temperatures.
