SCP-XXXX took place on January 5th. During SCP-XXXX, the entirety of Arizona's emergency response unit was redirected towards SCP-XXXX-1, a robotic sounding text-to-speech module that sent units where necessary.

SCP-XXXX began on January 5th, during this time the entirety of Arizona's emergency response unit had been redirected towards SCP-XXXX-1, a "robotic" sounding entity that responded to calls in the place of human.

Units that were sent to respond to incidents (deemed SCP-XXXX-2) were described as "grey, goo-like monsters with no consistent physical shape". SCP-XXXX-2 did not illicit any abnormal reactions until they resolved the issue and had left the scene. All cases resulted in an individual (or more) being removed from the scene. The methods for the removal varied, but the most prominent included: being placed into an ambulance; being placed into a police car; being airlifted in an air ambulance; or being placed into a fire engine.

Three days after SCP-XXXX concluded, on January 8th, an incident occurred: everyone who was removed from the area by SCP-XXXX-2 had a single person (varying from a parent, a sibling, their spouse, one of their children or a friend) receive a phone call (deemed SCP-XXXX-3). Each phone call varied in contents, with some of the following examples including: a conversation between a mother and child; a conversation about bread; a conversation about SCP-XXXX-2's appearance; a conversation about "the void"; a one-sided conversation between a brother and crying; etc (full list in Addendum XXXX-A).

Since January 8th, anomalous activity has ceased and nothing has happened since, despite this the state is to be closely monitored.
