Containment Procedure:SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard containment unit. No personnel are allowed to consume said anomaly except for designated testing periods. As of now no personnel are allowed to consume SCP-XXXX-1, see SCP-XXXX Addendum 1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a brand less chocolate syrup bottle. It is brown in color and contains an unlimited supply of syrup designated as SCP-XXXX-1. Upon consumption of SCP-XXXX-1 the person will appear to have no anomalous effects, but after 10 minutes the person will start to pull their skin off. This removal of the skin appears to be painless. Upon completion of the skin removal the person will act like the common Pan Troglodytes this is designated as SCP-XXXX-2.

SCP-XXXX Addendum 1 D-class-2338 was placed into SCP-XXXX containment cell. Upon consumption of SCP-XXXX-1 the D-class began violently erupting causing cancerous like growths to sprout every where. Three other personnel were in the chamber at the time [Redacted], [Redacted], and [Redacted]. All three were lost in the incident. Autopsy confirmed all three died of asphyxiation.
