Special Containment Procedures: Proper containment of SCP-6500 deemed unnecessary as of order by the 05 Council.
Description: SCP-6500 appears to be a plain sheet of paper in which is non-anomalous every decade spanning interval, entering a phase of activity precisely upon the end of the aforementioned intervals. Attempts to precisely determine SCP-6500’s anomalous properties have been nearly futile, resulting in the lengthy cessation of determining SCP-6500’s anomalous properties per order of the 05 Council due to waste of time and potentially tangible resources.
SCP-6500’s consistent or most significant anomalous properties displayed are the ability to predict (Non-anomalous) occurrences and incidents in which a human of significance or mass acknowledgment, such as celebrities or founders of revolutionary inventions or products, are physically harmed or injured.
An intricate and colored drawing instantaneously manifests upon SCP-6500, hereby referred to as SCP-6500-1, which predicts the aforementioned harmful occurrence or incident typically a few minutes before occurring. SCP-6500-1 has been determined to be an individual anomaly, which presumably manifests on SCP-6500, having no origination and de-manifesting from existence after the incident occurs or is prevented.
SCP-6500 is capable of revealing significant information pertaining to the lives of deceased historical individuals, typically of but not limited to the specified individual’s childhood. The information spontaneously appears upon SCP-6500 on indeterminate occasions, and it is unknown whether the information displayed of the individuals is random or selected by SCP-6500 via preference or other reasons. The format in which the information is displayed can be via entirely imagery, text, or both imagery and text, in every human language existing, regardless of age.
SCP-6500’s most significant anomalous property and the anomalous property in which it can hence be designated thaumiel is the drawings displayed of anomalous entities or individuals, along with the background which can be identified as the preferred or biological dwelling of the anomaly that appear upon SCP-6500 on a regular weekly basis in which SCP-6500’s anomalous properties are active. Anomalous phenomenon, objects, and areas are not displayed upon SCP-6500.
