Special confinement procedure: Items SCP 5665-1 and SCP 5665-2 have to be locked in a locker when are not used. An autorisation from a Level-04 staff member is recquired to get access to the locker. Every 23h, An agent have to be sent to write a passive and basic scenario in SCP 5665-1 with SCP 5665-2.

Description: SCP 5665-1 is a black covered book with between 300 and 350 white page. SCP 5665-2 is a black pen.
SCP 5665-01 and SCP 5655-02 have been Found in the north of the Canada in the 80's.

When SCP 5665-2 is used to write something on SCP 5665-1 page's, it does nothing and desapear afterward if it doesn't respect the following rules

1. It have to be a sentence
2. The sentence must contain a senario
3. The senario must have a subjet
4. The sentence can't contain précision or location, or else refer to incident#….
5. The subject must be to the third person of the singular, or else refer to Incident#……

When you respect all of the precedent rules, somehere, the scenario writen will happen to a random person
