Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4236 must be wet at all times. At the moment, SCP-4236 is tide up in metal chains on a chair that is welded to the ground and in the middle of a dimly lit room. The area of the room that SCP-4236 is held in is 40x40x40 feet. The room has four cameras all pointed directly at it. The SCP is tested every day for any new changes in behavior and magical powers.
Description: SCP-4236 looks to be a male but has no type of reproductive system, so "he" will be called it. SCP-4236 seems to be made up of light and dark matter held on by some unnatural force. SCP-4236 can talk like any other human would and is very friendly to the workers. He has been cooperative so far and hasn't had any attempts to escape. So far the only powers that we know he has is invisibility, light and dark manipulation, teleportation, and creating and destroying matter. The only weakness we know he has is water.
The first sighting of SCP-4236 was in a Walmart using his powers. MTF closed the place down and searched for him. They found him in the storage room searching through old boxes when all of a sudden he vanished and couldn't be found any where else in the store. The SCP was sighted 23 times all over the world with in three months. The sighting where we finally caught it was on ██/██/███ at ███████ ███████. It was raining and thundering and we noticed that it couldn't use it's powers in the rain, so we finally cornered it and tide it in rope.
Since that day, it has been in site-107 for 40 years and hasn't looked any older. There is some kind of force keeping him alive and we suspect it has been around for a very long time. We are pretty lucky to have captured it because on the first day at site-107 it told us "I could of left this planet a long time ago."
