Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8195 is kept in a medium-sized room with a desk, chair and a single bed. The room must be monitored by a hidden camera. A camera that the entity can see only makes its panic states happen more often than usual. Only personnel with appropriate clearance and a valid reason may enter subject's room, and it's required to shut the doors afterwards. It's recommended to start a conversation with the entity, and NOT be there for longer than 15 minutes. If the subject breaches with mask on, it would be treated like if a person escaped prison. If subject breaches with no mask on, its requiert to be shot or tased. Then, personnel is requiert to put the mask on the entity and escort it to its room.
Description: SCP-8195 is a 5 feet and 6 inches humanoid, sapient and intellectual creature and it weights 53 kilograms. It has white to pink hair and a skeleton looking mask. The mask, after analization, appears to be made of real bone. The way that the mask is sticking on the subjects face is unknown. It appears to have the same anatomy as humans, and needs to eat and drink. It has the same durability as humans, except it regenerates faster and doesn't get sick. The entity appears to be very sad and depressed, but it’s not hostile. It easily cooperates with the personnel and doesn’t seem like it’s aggressive. It sometimes has panic attacks, which are the same as human, but they seem to last longer. After Slowacki-incident, if that happens again, personnel must go inside the speciments room and needs to calm it down.
All of that changes, when entities mask will leave its face. If that happens, Scp-8195's eyes will roll back into its head, its heartbeat will grow to 340 beats per second, and it’ll start screaming, crying and begging to give the mask back, while being extremely hostile and aggressive. Its strength and speed will slightly increase, but it'll become less smart and human like. It’ll kill everything that it’ll see, no matter the age or gender. But compared to SCP-096, it doesn’t know its victims position, so they can easly hide from the entity. The strenght and speed of SCP-096 is much better than SCP-8195's. The subject will not stop the rage, until the mask is back on SCP-8195's face. Tests on the entity approved, that only subject's mask will calm down the entity, when placed on it's face.
Personnel reports that the entity seems to talk to itself. The words can be understand. Cases of such consist of: begging for mercy, talking to someone during therapy and "god save us".
Slowacki-incident: The SCP-8195 was in the panic attack state for 2 days. The personnel was testing what would happen. After 2 days the subject took the mask of himself which he never done before. He went into the rage mode, and destroyed his desk. Personnel needed to go inside and put the mask on the entity. It was done, but SCP-8195 brutally killed D-█████ by [REDACTED]. The entity behaved, like it knowed what it done, and it never left its bed for 2 weeks straight.
Update, Document 1:
On the date of ██.██.20██ the entity demanded a notebook and a pen. Scientists wanted to
see what would the creature do so they agreed. When they gave it to it, it started scribbling something on the paper. Updates will be given. End of the document.
