Special Containment Procedure: SCP-0 Is to be held within a room of 3m x 3m x (SCP-0 Requested his room be small). Note SPC-0 should be given toys, books, games, food, and water if requested. A bathroom connected to SCP-0 room should have the following toilet, sink, and a shower. (Before this he had a bathroom that was to small the skink would hit the back of his head when he used the toilet) Food is to be provided at least once a day if not more if not met SPC-0 will most likely kill another guard.
Physical contact is not to be made with SCP-0 a full atmosphere-Containment suit dose not seem to protect against SCP-0. Any and All objects given to SCP-0 can be removed at any time. Only at most (2) Members of Staff Can be present when interacting with SCP-0. Time of interaction can last for however long SCP-0 allows before refusing to answer.
Description: SCP-0 appears to be a teenaged boy who may be between 16-18. Blond hair, Blues eyes, and skinny are the best way to put it. He is to speak as a normal person can. He is usually calm and collected claiming he is content with what he has. Rarely he becomes annoyed or angry even we he is angry he doesn't lash out. Within SCP-0 blood is a black sticky substance that can be sharp or hard if SPC-0 wishes. The staff gave him the Name Black Blood It also gives him longevity or some form of Immortality.
SCP-0 was tested on before he broke out and slaughtered half the staff testing no longer is allowed. The black blood within SCP-0 no matter what we tried would not separate from the host. Fire failed, sword failed, water failed, gun failed, We asked other SPC's however even they had no answers. He also knows thing that he should not know such as SCP-001.
SPC-0 was found after reporting his strange amorality he stated he regretted this when he saw his "Inhuman his containment was procedure." The foundation Ignored him until be breached containment and killed half the staff we could no longer ignore him. SCP-0 he requested we give him the number 0 saying how "To many numbers why not have SCP-A-167 once you reach a thousand you make SCP-B-167. Not my problem I would hate to be the guy who sorts through that."

SCP-0: Sure but I swear to god if its something like what's you're name or what's your relationship with SPC-who ever you already know the answer so don't ask them

SCP-0: I don't really know Its been there for sometime maybe no one ever noticed it when I was young.
Dr. Lee: Do you now anything about SPC-001
SCP-0: Who sorry describe the SPC's there are to many SPC's for me to know all the numbers.
Dr. Lee: The Bright SPC with wings…
SCP-0: Ho you mean him I know a little I guess nothing useful to the foundation. Ask what's his name that old guy god I think, the plague doctor knows to I think oh and the two brothers might know something
Dr. Lee: You have never come into contact with those SCP's how do you know about them.
SCP-0: Don't know I just comes to me sometimes lets move on.
Dr. Lee: Yes lets next question What do you think of the foundation.
SCP-0: Really Dude it sucks not just from the point of being and SCP but from how its set up. To tell you the truth its and unorganized mess I bet there have been factions forming to fight you.(Pause) If you keep going like this its only a matter of time until you fall apart and the SCP's know it.
Dr. Lee: what would you say needs to be improved then

Dr. Lee: Is there any information you have that you keep from the foundation if so tell us why.
SCP-0: No and yes everyone holds information however its nothing the foundation would care for.
Dr. Lee: So you're saying its not useful
SPC-0: Yep
DR. Lee: Are you immortal you never seem to age and if injured you heal rapidly.
