MTF Tau-5(Samsara) are to be outfitted with kinetic shock absorption leg augmentations and be on standby to be deployed via long range inter continental “sling shot” system.
All foundation response teams are to complete status checks on their equipment every 12 hours to ensure functionality of equipment and check for signs of sabotage by SCP-XXXX entities.
If any instances of SCP-XXXX are eliminated, they are to be brought to Site 19 for dissection and evaluation by SCP-XXXX Lead Researcher Maang.
In the event of a breach from a foundation site of threat level Red1:
MTF Epsilon-11 and MTF Nu-7 are to be dispatched immediately to site to assist in recontainment and capture or neutralisation of all SCP-XXXX entities that may have infiltrated the site.
In the event of a breach from a foundation site of threat level Black2
MTF Epsilon-11 and MTF Nu-77 are to be dispatched immediately to site to assist in recontainment and neutralisation of any SCP-XXXX entities that may have infiltrated the site. MTF Tau-5 are to be deployed if the site is within reach of the long range inter continental “sling shot” system. The Dagaz-Break Orbital Strike System is to be utilised if it is deemed that its usage will not release the threat level Black SCP-from containment.
According to current trends, Foundation sites of threat level yellow or lower do not seem to be a target of SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a group of entities that have been targeting foundation sites in the recent months, beginning with Incident Alpha.
These entities possess either highly dangerous anomalous abilities or are equipped with dangerous anomalous paratech, or both. SCP-XXXX entities have been able to bypass security at Red and Black sites with ease despite the abundance of security systems in place. No physical description of SCP-XXXX entities could be surmised at this time as the entities do not show up on any security feed and on-site personnel are also unable to see the entities.
It is assumed that SCP-XXXX has detailed knowledge of the response procedures of the Foundation since for Incidents Beta through Delta, initial response teams were unable to aid in recontainment due to equipment being sabotaged beforehand.
SCP-XXXX instances while not posing an XK level threat by themselves, the fact that they are aware of the location of Black and Red Sites, have in-depth knowledge of how to bypass current containment measures of said sites and overwhelm most on-site security, make them the current top priority for capture/neutralisation by the Foundation.

Incident Logs of Foundation Site Breaches in Chronological order:
Incident Log: Alpha(Green Site)
Targeted SCP: SCP-1437
Summary of Breach Attempt: Incident Alpha occured when a body of a teenage female emerged from SCP-1437. She is observed to have multiple gunshot wounds on her body and head as well as what appears to be a pipe lodged in her abdomen. Following this the electrical fence surrounding SCP-1437 is ripped open by an unseen force.
Foundation Response: Standard recontainment teams dispatched to Site did not find any evidence of entities. Researcher Gustav notes that the electrical fence may have been torn from the inside though this is ultimately unproven.
Incident Log: Beta(Black Site)
Targeted SCP: SCP-2932
Summary of Breach Attempt: A series of explosions were set off surrounding the pod containing “Yon-Kamur”. Slight tears were seen surrounding the pod but it does not rupture. Instead several pods beneath the pod of “Yon-Kamur” rupture releasing several hostile reptilian entities. It is believed that SCP-2932-2 redirected power from other pods to ensure that containment held.
Foundation Response: Several plant-based entities emerge from SCP-2932 and begin lashing wildly at the air. MTF Xi-9 was dispatched to aid in containing hostile entities but their vehicle’s break fails resulting in a crash, killing 2 and injuring 5 members. Upon further investigation later, all vehicles at dispatch site for SCP-2932 had been similarly sabotaged. Chaos Insurgency suspected to be the culprit.
Incident Log: Gamma(Black Site)
Targeted SCP: SCP-2845
Summary of Breach Attempt: Several lookalike gifts which cost 50.00USD were swapped out before Procedure 430-Epimetheus.
Foundation Response: During a routine check, Dr Buck who was assigned to site 100 at the time noticed that the lookalikes had a different texture compared to the rest of the items and ordered a site wide level 2 alert. This occurred 6 hours before start of Procedure 430-Epimetheus in the cycle. Chaos Insurgency did not claim responsibility for either attack.
Incident Log: Delta(Red Site)
Targeted SCP: SCP-1844
Summary of Breach Attempt: The sound of a gunshot is heard and ASD01-0886 collapses inside Capsule Alpha. This results in a rift in appearing in SCP-1844 and releasing 2 L-2 and 7 L-1 APE’s3. A massive maw is seen below Capsule Alpha before rift is closed again. All members in Capsule including ASD01-0886 had continued prayer despite his injuries.
Foundation Response: On site agents of MTF Epsilon 11 battle APE entities with thaumaturgic weaponry, however most are slaughtered. Reviewing video footage shows that 14 out of 20 agents were killed by black “shards” appearing from thin air. Nu-7 reinforcement vehicle explodes en route to assistance.

I have brought up several times that the current measures in place are grossly inadequate to contain the threat posed by SCP-XXXX. Due to the amount of urbanisation in the proximity of black site facilities, if one were to breach, a broken masquerade scenario would be the least of our worries. We would be talking about multiple Eschatological entities breaking containment here. We can forget about pinning these events on the work of the Insurgency. The round recovered from the cockpit of Capsule Alpha may be shattered but it is undeniable: It’s Foundation made.
I request that we get Tau-5 and Alpha-1 on the ball. They are the only ones we can trust now.

Incident Log: Omega(Black Site)
Targeted SCP: SCP-5001
Summary of Breach Attempt: ”OMEGA” monitoring systems detected multiple entities nearing primary containment unit. The monitoring alarm blares as 20 tungsten rods are ejected from below 5001 and surrounds the primary containment chamber. 4 of the tungsten rods wobble and are eventually thrown aside. 1 tungsten rod continues shaking for the duration of Incident Omega.
Foundation Response: Tau-5 is fired via slingshot system and lands in 5001 beside primary containment unit. Tau-5 is immediately fired upon by incendiary pyrotechnics. They began engaging with the entities despite the video feed not displaying any SCP-XXXX entities. It is believed that a combination of Compound B-705 effects and Samsara’s ocular equipment allowed them to perceive the entities. Nu-7 and Alpha-1 arrive 2 hours later. By that time, Tau-5 had reinserted 4 times and only Nanku was left standing. After an additional hour, SCP-XXXX entities were driven from SCP-5001.

An SCP-XXXX instance, referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, had been crushed under the tungsten rod and was extricated after Incident Omega. SCP-XXXX-1 had an anti memetic field, which nullifies perception, however the impact from the tungsten rod had inhibited this ability. The impact had also crushed an estimated 70% of SCP-XXXX-1’s body though it did not show any signs of pain or discomfort.
Various cognito hazards had been scribbled on the “skin” of SCP-XXXX-1, resulting in the need of optical filters to be worn by containment personnel. SCP-XXXX-1 was relocated to Site 19 where an interview was conducted by Dr. Collingwood.

Foreword: Mnestics usage and optical filters had to be utilised by Dr. Collingwood to counteract the effects of SCP-XXXX-1. A 5-inch thick bullet resistant glass wall separates the entity from Dr. Collingwood.

SCP-XXXX-1: Spare me the formalities Molly.
Dr. Collingwood: …You know me personally?

Dr. Collingwood is noticeably uncomfortable
Dr. Collingwood: Are you a Foundation defector? Insurgency maybe? Or something else.
SCP-XXXX-1: It doesn’t matter much about what I say you know? ChucklesIt’s gonna go to shit for all of you in a few short hours anyway.
Dr. Collingwood: What do you mean by this?
SCP-XXXX-1: We knew that this was the prime reality when we entered, but still we were not expecting such a hard time.
Dr. Collingwood: Please follow the line of questioning SCP-XX-
SCP-XXXX-1 stands, copious amounts of blood begin spilling onto the containment chamber
Dr. Collingwood: Why are you attacking black sites? Why are you trying to release Eschatological entities?
SCP-XXXX-1: It’s not enough to just kill everyone you see? It isn’t enough to just release anomalies that result in mass casualties, no. It only works if you are all completely wiped out. Then will the rest all fall. They are based off of you after all.
(Pause)
SCP-XXXX-1: In this reality, Taloran had already died and 4828 was still in the process of resetting, so our easier choices were unavailable. Hell, in one reality 1915 had done the whole damn job for us. Yours might be the prime reality, yes, but make no mistake, it will fall… just like all the others. We’ve had a lot of practice you see?
Dr. Collingwood drops initial line of questioning entirely at this point
Dr. Collingwood: What others are you talking about? What do you mean by this reality??
SCP-XXXX-1: We had been searching for you for years, centuries even. Once we did, we threw Bright in to say hello, since he was the one who gave us this idea in the first place. We were expecting resistance of course, but rest assured we have become exceedingly efficient at our task. We failed in our own dimension because of that damned buffoon thinking he was doing the right thing. If you try to bash someone to death, with a blunt tool, they retaliate, they fight back. But if you slash someone, in the throat, with a scalpel, there is no resistance.
(Pause)
SCP-XXXX-1: We are from the under, meant to be destroyed, meant to end, while you filth continue on endlessly in the light. But if we end you here…. all else follows.
Dr. Collingwood: What do you mean the under? Who are you?? Why are you doing this? Why???
Dr. Collingwood continues questioning for another 10 minutes but SCP-XXXX-1 does not respond. Interview is terminated.

Foundation Internal Memo[Lead Researcher Maang]
According to what we can glean from the interview I see that we have two choices. The first is to equip every security detail in every black site with constant mnestic treatment and cognito hazardous optical filters until either all instances of SCP-XXX are neutralised, or a black site is compromised and that’s the end of everything for everyone. The second choice is simpler, but theoretical. Dr Collingwood has proposed the prime world theory as well as the effects of erasing items from our reality. However it would be impossible for us to ascertain whether or not it worked due to reality being altered. Analysing the voice of SCP-XXX-1 has confirmed a 100% identical match with Corporal Lawrence of MTF Alpha-001. Currently Corporal Lawrence and the other 4 members of his team from our reality is being recalled from SCP-5001 to Site 19 as we speak.
I’ve asked him if he is willing to do this, and if yes, to say his final goodbyes to Molly.
