Special Containment procedures: SCP-#### Is to be kept stored in a reinforced, high security locker only to be accessible by level 4+ foundation members due to deadliness of SCP-####. Testing of SCP-#### must be done 125 Kilometers away from any populated areas. Testing is no longer permitted, See Addendum-####.1.

Description: SCP-#### is a small EMP that is .3x.3x..3 meters large. The right half of the EMP is covered by a flesh growth. It is unknown what the flesh is made of. Further testing is needed to determine more about the flesh and functions of SCP-#### Testing is no longer permitted, see Addendum-####.1.

SCP-#### is activated when touched by human skin. SCP-#### sends out EMP pulse frying all electronics in a 100 Kilometer radius, approximately 5 minutes later another pulse is sent out this time killing all living things in the radius.

The human skin that touched SCP-#### will meld with the flesh portion SCP-####. After their death SCP-#### will begin to absorb the corpse. The absorption of the corpse takes 2-7 days depending on body mass. During this period of time SCP-#### can not be activated. No other anomalous properties have been discovered See Addendum-####.2

SCP-#### was discovered in ██████ Idaho, U.S.A when Mr. ██████ was going to visit his family and found the entire town of ██████ lifeless. SCP-#### had been activated 5 days previous to Mr. ██████ visit. Mr. ██████ called the police, upon notification the foundation promptly seized the town of ████████ and blocked it off to the public. Class B Anesthetics have been administered to Mr. ██████ and a cover story about a gas leak from a nearby factory was released to the public.

During testing session █2 with SCP-####. D-34482 touched SCP-#### earlier than instructed to do so. Foundation vehicles were stopped by the first pulse. Foundation members then proceeded to exit the vehicles and move towards the edge of the radius. There were █4 scientist killed and ██ guards killed. Only 2 scientist and 1 guard managed to escape the radius of the second pulse. Testing was deemed too costly and SCP-#### is now to be contained in its locker at all times.

After 3-5 days after the absorption of the corpse SCP-#### will become a bio magnet and the corpses of its victims will begin to move towards SCP-####. Once contact is made with SCP-#### the corpses will begin to meld with SCP-#### creating a melded pile of bodies with SCP-#### sitting on top with a hand holding it above the pile. The melded pile of bodies supporting SCP-#### is called SCP-####.1.

2-5 days after the creation of SCP-####.1, SCP-#### will be pulled into the center of SCP-####.1 by the hand. One hour later SCP-####.1 will begin to split open and SCP-####.2 will come out clutching SCP-#### in its hands. SCP-####.2 is an infant baby with clothing which appears to be human. 5 days after SCP-####.2 comes out it will be fully grown. SCP-####.2 will stand up and pick up SCP-#### without setting it off and proceed to walk to the nearest populated area in which it will set SCP-#### down and walk back to SCP-####.1 in which it will crawl inside. SCP-####.1 will then reseal itself and begin to turn into dust. The dust has no anomalous effects.

All contact with SCP-####.2 have been unsuccessful, whether or not it can communicate is unknown. In the event that SCP-####.1 is inaccessible or destroyed SCP-####.2 will walk to where SCP-####.1 was created and curl up in a ball and turn into dust. In the event that SCP-####.2 is unable to access a populated area it will wait with no movement until it is able to go there.
