🆃🅷🅴🅿🅰🅳🅳🆈🅲🅻🅾🆂🅴🆃 is a 3/3/6 foot cement room with multiple ██████████ protruding from the east and west walls.
The north wall is a █████ encoded door with a thermal trigger on either side. The trigger is activated when touched by anything with a temperature lower then ███ or anything higher then ███. The trigger will activate the 🆉🅰🅿🅱🆄🅶🅶🅸🅴🆂 located in SCP-###'s █████.
The south wall of 🆃🅷🅴🅿🅰🅳🅳🆈🅲🅻🅾🆂🅴🆃 is a flat steel plate with temperature sensors behind it. 4.5 feet up on the wall is a mount holding the ███████████ handcuffs manifested in SCP-3542's 6th emergency.
To prevent SCP-### from melting the steel on the south wall, the heat sensors will trigger the 🆉🅰🅿🅱🆄🅶🅶🅸🅴🆂 and halt 🆃🅷🅴🅲🅻🅴🅰🅽🆂🅸🅽🅶 process. If SCP-### attempts to initiate 🅿🆁🅴🆃🆃🆈🆂🅽🅾🆆🅵🅻🅰🅺🅴🆂, the sensors will trigger an intravenous injection of whatever amnesic is necessary to halt the process and allow for the 🆉🅰🅿🅱🆄🅶🅶🅸🅴🆂 to reset to their initial wavelengths.

Description: SCP-### is a human male, with the appearance, dialect, and intellect of a 10 year old (although, judging by hair samples, it is speculated that he may be well over 300 years old).
In a neutral state, SCP-### has a very pale complexion with freckles and curly red hair. Unfortunately, there is no known way to photograph SCP-### accurately in his neutral state so an image cannot be shown.
SCP-### (Also known as Declan to anyone besides his research staff) is an agent for the foundation and is primarily used for the execution of SCPs that are far too powerful to be killed by the technologies of man. He may also be used for 🅺🅸🅳🅽🅰🅿🅿🅸🅽🅶 the 🅼🅾🅽🆂🆃🅴🆁🆂.
AMMENDMENT 3/2/2012 Due to the Kalenheizer Incedent SCP-### will no longer take part in 🅺🅸🅳🅽🅰🅿🅿🅸🅽🅶 the 🅼🅾🅽🆂🆃🅴🆁🆂.
Many anomalous properties of SCP-### are still vastly unknown, Even to himself. The foundation staff and researchers are strictly prohibited from suggesting that SCP-### should activate his abilities or attempt to activate them through instinctual manipulation (fear, surprise, pain, sadness or grief.)
