Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4928 can be contained by covering the hole of the mask it is wearing. Studies are currently being conducted on the substance that was surrounding 4928 when it was first found. It seems to leave it in a weakened state.
Description: The subject is male, aged between 30 and 45 years old witth mid length black hair. He measures 178 cm in height and 64.8 kg in weight. His blood type is O, but it seems that there is a strange form of radiation poisoning in his blood. Tests are being run on it as of the time this is being recorded. 4928 wears a long cloak with a plain white shirt and baggy pants underneath. It wears gloves and sandals. Its most defining feature is its mask which is orange in color and covers its entire face and neck, with the only exposed part of its head being the top where its hair juts out.
The mask has a hole where 4928's right eye is located. When it looks at you, a field around its face is distorted and you can be sucked into an alternate dimension. 4928 calls the dimension Kamui, and it seems that he is fine with people going in, but will refuse to let them out once they they've entered. Wireless communication cannot be established between our dimension and 4928's and it seems it is free to enter its own dimension at will.
4928 can rarely be seen staring at a picture of ███████ and ███. It seems to have strong feelings about both these people but one it seems to have romantic feeling for, and the other, by its own admission, is "complicated".
Whilst in containment, 4928 uses its cell as more of an abode than anything. Transporting different luxury items in at its leisure. It can be assumed that these items are obtained through other plces in our dimension. It is unclear where it gets them from however.
4928 has only been contained once while it was unconscious, and after hours of scratching at its mask to remove the material used to cover it 4928 lifted its mask and a kunai drop out. It stabbed through the cover used and then escaped containment. It seems 4928 has a strong aversion to its face being seen.
Addendum: 4928 returned from a containment breach displaying a few new abilities.
It seems to have control over the substance it was surrounded in when found for the first time, now formed into the shape of rods. When asked if it would allow us to examine it, it paused before saying, "You might die if you do, but do as you like…"
We sent a D-Class Personnel in to collect the substance, as soon as it was grasp the D-Class lost all of its strength and almost died before letting go of the rod. 4928 watched before getting up and carrying the D-Class to the exit of its containment before returning to where it was sitting. The D-class was examined after the fact and there was nothing wrong with it. Its only statement on the matter was, "Don't touch those things, man! They'll take your life!"

Closing Statement: 4928 refused to speak after that and then proceeded to escape containment. It seems that whenever it is agitated by something, it escapes containment.
