Containment procedure: SCP -XXXX is to to be contained in a standard humanoid cell, outfitted with furniture in accordance with that of a Class-C dormitory. SCP-XXXX is allowed to leave its containment between the hour of 4:00 to 21:00, and is allowed to enter all non containment sectors, excluding light containment. Any time SCP-XXXX leaves its containment chamber it must be accompanied by at least 2(two) standard armed guards equipped with standard small items containment modules. Description: is a human male appearing to be of Germanic and Nordic ethnicity. SCP-XXXX commonly wears clothes made from materials used in the 700 CE in Eastern Europe. Before interviews, and other professional meeting with staff, SCP-xxxx will change into a ceremonial garb *sic*.
SCP-XXXX speaks with a heavy Gaelic accent and often while speaking Scp-XXXX will change between English and an interminable language hypothesized to be of Germanic descent. SCP-XXXX carries a large 1 meter x 1.5 meter backpack at all times possible. SCP-XXXX-1 manifests anomalous items upon purchasing and item from SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX on multiple occasions has stated that he is a "merchant" *sic*, and will offer to sell items (SCP-XXXX-2) to anyone upon request. Most Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 contain some form of anomalous property. While anything of perceived value to SCP-XXXX can be used to purchase its items, SCP-XXXX prefers to use rare metals and gems in its transactions.
