Object Class:
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at Site-111. The personnel assigned to Site-111 containing SCP-XXXX is split up into two groups, Group Gamma and Group Delta, the groups would switch on a bi-monthly basis as to minimize SCP-XXXX-A's effects long term. One group would meet Dr ███████ █████ for psychological evaluations at the end of the bi-monthly cycle.
SCP-XXXX-A is to be housed in a 50cm x 50cm glass casing and monitored by two security personnel with a higher night vision than average. SCP-XXXX-B is self-contained as it is limited by -A's range and does not need further containment procedures.
Research personnel to be supplied with paper, kerosene for oil lamps and other non-electronic objects due to -A's effects. As of currently SCP-XXXX-B has not shown any hostility to Foundation personnel.
As of 21/06/20██, on-site security would be increased due to an incident occurring on 19/06/20██.
Description: SCP-XXXX-A is a 30cm long fossil claw identified to belong to a member of a clade of theropod dinosaurian1. -A creates an anomalous area of effect with a diameter of 500m that most forms of electricity, excluding bioelectricty2 would. Testing on -A's anomalous area of effect with various electronics which resulted in all rendered functionless inside -A's area of effect, when the electronics were removed from -A's area of effect they became operational.
SCP-XXXX-B is a medium sized theropod identified to be a member of the species Megaraptor namunhuaiquii3. -B has been observed to only manifest within -A and personnel from both groups have reported that -B has not shown any form of hostility towards them but the personnel has also reported that -B shows signs of curiosity towards them. The Foundation has received complaints from personnel from Site-111 about -B interfering in their work.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered on ██/██/20██ when undercover foundation agent received reports from civilians whose drones suddenly fell from the air nearby to an abandoned farmhouse 40km from █████████, Northern Cape, South Africa. Once the location of the anomaly was confirmed, MTF Abaqaphi-3 (Karoo Lurkers) were tasked with investigation and containment. When MTF-Abaqaphi-3 entered -A's range
MTF Abaqaphi-3 recovered a journal written by Olivier Vogel (PoI-42432). The journal was brought to Agent Archibald Rosa4.
