Item #: SCP-4135

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4135-18 is to be kept sedated at all times within Site-██ beneath █████, Japan. SCP-4135-18 will be kept in a locked chamber within the Site, which will require cleaning every month. The entrance to the chamber will be locked at all times. Nutrients, hydration, fresh oxygen, as well as bodily waste will be managed by an IV system that will require maintenance on a daily basis. Sedatives will be administered to SCP-4135-18 on a weekly basis via syringe to maintain its unconscious state. Five personnel must be within the immediate vicinity of the holding chamber at all times to monitor the vitals of SCP-4135-18. Security personnel disguised as local prefectural officers will keep a 24-hour watch of the entrance. At least 50 of these employees must be on-site at all times.

Evacuation Procedures:

Description: SCP-4135-18 is a human female of Caucasian descent, and appears to be between the ages of 15 and 18. SCP-4135-18 is clothed in a white, sleeveless dress, white knee-high stockings, and white shoes. SCP-4135-18 has long, brown hair and green eyes.

SCP-4135-18 is able to bend the laws of reality to its whims, and is impervious to all physical damage that we are aware of. Furthermore, SCP-4135-18 also appears to be unaffected by aging or disease. SCP-4135-18 is also able to influence the mental state of other humans in near proximity, causing them to be influenced to do its bidding. During the mission to capture SCP-4135-18, agents discovered that it can only influence objects that are directly within its vision. As a result, SCP-4135-18 is only vulnerable to attacks that it is not aware of, such as attacks from behind, or when it is unconscious.

Foundation personnel have also discovered that SCP-4135-18 is in the possession of a golden bracelet engraved with the number 18, alluding to the possibility that there are other beings similar to SCP-4135-18 roaming the planet. This also resulted in the first discovery of SCP-4135 being renamed to instance 18 of SCP-4135. Although we do believe other forms of SCP-4135 exist, it is currently unknown how many other instances are or have been in existence.

Discovery and Capture: SCP-4135-18 was first brought to the attention of the Foundation after reports of physical anomalies were received from the Kanto region of Japan in early 2011. Agents were sent into the area at the beginning of February to investigate. During this time period, Japan experienced the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, however it is unknown if this was a direct cause of the activities of SCP-4135-18. After several years, SCP-4135-18 was finally neutralized by a team of Foundation agents and brought to its current holding facility, Site-██, during a Foundation raid in outer Tokyo.

In the aftermath of the capture of SCP-4135-18, several research teams were created to locate other possible instances of SCP-4135. Although it is still unknown whether versions of SCP-4135 are able to cause natural phenomena, researchers are incorporating these factors into their studies. So far, reports have indicated that instances of SCP-4135 could reside in New York City, USA, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, the Sichuan Province, China, and Narvik, Norway. Teams are also looking into the possibility of instances of SCP-4135 affecting the course of human history. However, research teams have yet to confirm the existence of another instance of SCP-4135.

Future Research Protocol: Foundation personnel will continue to conduct extensive tests on SCP-4135-18 in its current state. Researches believe that there is a physical cause behind the strange properties of SCP-4135, as all other tests indicate that SCP-4135-18 is an average human being, and not of otherworldly origin. Such data could possibly allow the Foundation to engineer an instance of SCP-4135 independently. It would also be massively beneficial if the Foundation managed to contain a passive instance of SCP-4135. Reports indicate that not all instances of SCP-4135 are hostile or malicious, so having one as a Foundation employee would be objectively beneficial in containing other anomalies. However, despite their extensive studies, research teams have neglected to authorize an investigation into one of these areas, as the destruction that could result would be massive. However, the Director of the teams announced that investigations will be launched into ██████████ by 2019.
