Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept contained in its 15x15x15 meter cell at all times except for testing, items to be given to SCP-XXXX must be given to them via the item chute as to allow no contact between SCP-XXXX and personnel and no electronics may be given to them, SCP-XXXX is allowed to request clothing, art supplies and decorations, however nothing larger then what can fit in the item chute is to be accepted. Should Site-██'s onsite generator fail SCP-XXXX may be moved to the power room to help contain other SCP's if the Site Overseer wishes, however all personnel involved must wear inch thick rubber protective clothing.

Doctor ███ is currently not allowed to enter either SCP-XXXX's chamber or the viewing area as to not distress or aggravate SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small Caucasian human female the appearance of which is mostly consistent with a normal humans, notable deviations include their elongated canines and fingernails which appear to be naturally tinted red, although why this is is currently unknown, they also appear to be immune to the effects of ageing, however she has only been in containment for 10 years so this may be subject to change.

SCP-XXXX displays the anomalous ability to control any form of electricity within a certain radius of itself as well as generate its own electrical charge, however the full extent of these abilities are so far unknown and they seem to not entirely know how they accomplish their abilities, or to what extent they can utilise them, for this reason testing is to be encouraged, however it should be noted that these tests may help SCP-XXXX learn how to use their powers more aggressively, as it has already been shown to be able to create arcs of electricity between itself and living organisms during a test involving a D-Class personnel, this arc registered 5810 degrees Kelvin and almost instantly killed the D-Class personnel, which seemed to deeply upset SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX also appears to have other anomalous traits, although whether or not these are connected to their main anomaly is unknown as of right now, they have an incredibly heightened sense of smell, being able to smell Doctor ███████'s perfume as soon as she opened the item chute as well being able to, in its own words, "smell that Doctor ███████ was unwell"¹, which proved to be true as Doctor ███████ later admitted to be suffering from a fever, this enhanced smell however is one of SCP-XXXX most exploitable weaknesses as they can easily become overwhelmed from stronger odours, as well as this SCP-XXXX seems to be incredibly adversely effected by UV light, and will refuse to go anywhere where sunlight is present.

SCP-XXXX has been noted to be quite jovial and cooperate with staff as long as they are talked to politely, they are also known to consider Doctor ███████ as her friend² as well as giving her a nickname. When asked what SCP-XXXX believed the foundation was doing, SCP-XXXX responded by saying they believed the Foundation was trying to fix their condition as well as stop them accidentally harming other people, SCP-XXXX has since changed their opinion after being forced to kill a D-Class in an experiment conducted by Doctor ███. SCP-XXXX has since requested to only been talked to and experimented on by Doctor ███████, and shortly after Doctor ███████ was made senior researcher on SCP-XXXX as to help keep SCP-XXXX from attempting a breach and to make them more cooperative with Foundation personel.

Addendum: Doctor ███████ has written a theory about SCP-XXXX, which has not yet been accepted or validated and thus is not a part of the main article, it should be noted that officially SCP-XXXX was brought into containment 10 years ago by Agent █████ after she was found unconcious in a French meadow near Bordeaux when Agent █████ noticed her body was arcing electricity into the ground. The theory states that Agent █████ does not remember bringing SCP-XXXX into containment nor has he ever been to France, and neither does any other member of staff in Site-██, SCP-XXXX themselves states to not remembering when or how they were brought into containment either, although when questioned also states they are the daughter to a French businessman, who when researched was found to have died in 1852. Doctor ███████ theorises that SCP-XXXX may actually have once been a normal French girl who encountered an anomaly that sent her forwards in time, or possibly to another dimension that happened to be forward in time, and into her cell, why such an anomaly would do so or why SCP-XXXX is the only victim is unknown, and Doctor ███████ admits that her theory is purely speculation and that she has no real proof besides interviews with staff and the SCP in question.
