Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx will be contained in 5x5x5 meter containment cell. It will be locked and a bio-metric scanner that reads an individual's pulse. Realty anchors are to be deployed to limit SCP-xxxx's movement. It is to be noted that it does not stop SCP-xxxx from escaping, but it will hinder its abilities greatly. No contact is to be made with SCP-xxxx even when approached unless it becomes necessary. If it becomes necessary to speak with SCP-xxxx and provide instruction, personnel are to ensure their instructions are clear and to the point will no room for interpretation.
SCP-xxxx is to be monitored at all times visually. A tracking device is too be placed on it to track its movements. All of SCP-xxxx's movement are to be reported on a daily basis. If SCP-xxxx escapes and appears at another facility, that facility is to be contacted immediately. When containment is required of SCP-xxxx, personnel are to instruct SCP-xxxx, politely and firmly to return to its containment cell. If SCP-xxxx refuses, contact the site administrator immediately.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a tall and thin humanoid that takes the form of a scarecrow that smells of old whiskey. SCP-xxxx wears a weather beaten wool coat, a pair of patched pants, a dirt stained shirt, and a pair of well worn boots made in the 1100's. SCp-xxxx's head takes the form of a gourd from an unknown branch of the Cucurbitaceae family with a face carved into it. On its head SCP-xxxx wears a leather hat that covers the gourd's stem. SCP-xxxx wears a pair of gloves made from cow leather. Disection of SCP-xxxx shows that the entity is made up of wood, hay and other materials used in stuffing scarecrows.
SCP-xxxx carries with it and old oil lantern, a set of cobbler's tools and a silver [REDACTED]. These items are not the only items that the entity has been able to produce. Observations of SCP-xxxx have shown it to collect items and store them in its coat. The method of storage is currently unknown. SCP-xxxx has made a habit on abstaining from weapons or other lethal methods to solve problems. Instead it will employ creative or non-lethal methods.
SCP-XXXX has the ability to know where it wants or needs to go at all times and to travel between two locations with ease regardless of the distance. To test SCP-xxxx's navigation ability, it was subjected to severa maze tests with each maze made more and more difficult. SCP-xxxx was able to complete each maze without reaching a dead end. It was also able to do each one backwards while blind folded with similar results.
SCP-xxxx was also locked in a room with cameras used to observe it. It was then instructed to move to the adjacent room. SCP-xxxx proceeded to leave the room through unknown means and take its time moving to the indicated room. On site security was dispatched to track down SCP-xxxx, but it had made its way into the indicated room by the time its location was determined. See incident log xxxx-2:
It is possible to take SCP-xxxx apart and put it back together. SCP-xxxx has also shown the ability to put itself back together on its own without any assistance from Foundation personnel. Although, this takes time. SCP-xxxx has also proven able to put itself back together despite its parts being placed into separate containers. See Test Log xxxx-9.
Test Log xxxx-9: SCP-xxxx was taken apart and placed in separate containers. The puroses was to test possible containment for SCP-xxxx. SCP-xxxx was able to transport its separated limbs out of each container and to an alternate location. MTF squads were dispatched to recontain SCP-xxxx.
