Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5159 is to be kept in a standard containment cell, on site-33, with one camera, guarded by a single guard with 4 hour shifts
any personnel entering the containment cell is to be removed and questioned their life for any atrocious acts committed
Description:SCP-5159 is a medieval iron maiden, approximately 3 meters in height and 0.8 meters in diameter, with a humanoid head on top resembling a female human but of indeterminable age
SCP-5159 is observed to have needles varying in size depending on the subject it is affecting, ranging from just 2 cm to 55 cm. After being within 1.3 meters of SCP-5159, subjects who have committed an atrocious act will feel a presence near the exit door of the containment cells and would rather not leave, the presence varies heavily depending on the atrocity the subject has committed.
After an hour the presence will peak and the subject will refuse to leave the containment cell, stating that "It" is waiting. After two hours the subjects will then feel the need to enter SCP-5159 and hide inside, if the subject does so, it is observed that needles sprout from the inside of SCP-5159 and then shut the door forcefully. in exactly 15 seconds, SCP-5159 will open the doors, no needles visible, but the subject varies depending on their atrocity committed
If the subject has committed a light atrocity, approximately sentenced to 3 years, then the subject is observed to loose multiple fingers on either hand, if the subject has committed a higher Crime, approximately sentenced to 10 years, then the subject is observed to loose a limb, in which the chance of loosing either arm or leg is equal, if the subject has committed a crime worthy of a death sentence, then the subject is observed to [DATA EXPUNGED]
However, subject with no past crimes or atrocities committed will not suffer any loss of body parts and will instead feel fulfilled and seem to have accepted their past regrets.
