Scp 4263 or blind guy appears to be a old man with a bloody blindfold and a cane. He doesn't appear to have any muscular perspectives. His ability is to possess anybody that moves in his presence. And he can shape shift into them or use them for his own purposes. And if you speak his true name he will appear infront of you and he will remove his blindfold and he will make you enter in a never ending nightmare.
