The anomaly is a section of the Atlantic wall built by Hitler in ww2. Only 2 present bunkers are effected by the properties of the anomaly and both bunkers are linked to each other. Here are the anomalous effects:
Two (2) 280mm naval cannons in a stone bunker, this is Thebes first bunker witch the foundation will designate SCP-XXXX-A. One (1) 150mm naval cannon accompanied by a 37mm anti-air gun in a cast mate to the side of the cannon. The cannons and guns are obviously covered in rust and have damage of age. The cannons and guns can be moved however by a unknown force inside the bunker that can both load, traverse, aim and fire all weapons present.
This obviously would be quite a problem for any boats passing the guns fire space and range as the unknown force will generally fire along any signs of life or any mechanical device that it can fire on. The foundation will most likely resort to building a site or area around the entire fortification system with covers probably taking the form of unstable cliffs or flash tides. Due to the guns immense penetration capability, it would most likely be easier to just attemp to create a no go zone around the water ways in range of the guns. This could also apply to aircraft as the 37mm could easily bring one down.
Every so often the foundation could possibly hear voices in german or any axis language echoing from the forts to indicate that whatever force inside the bunkers operating the weapons is on the nazis side.
