Special Containment Procedures: There is no way to 'contain' this creature, we can only observe so much about this it. The SCP usually travels around popular tourist sites and attractions such as Disneyland, Kings Island, The Great Pyramid of Giza Egypt etc.
Description: He takes on many appearances. His favorite one is a Caucasian male with a blue suit with different colored ties, and aged around age 40 - 55.
This SCP can disappear from your view in literally the blink of an eye. When he does disappear, the foundation usually wont be able to find him for 6 or more months. He shows himself when he wants to show himself. But usually when the SCP shows up, it seems like a new SCP gets discovered somewhere else. The SCP knows we're always watching it, and always following him.
He rarely comes in for interviews, and if he does come in he will leave as soon as its over or if its something he doesn't want to talk about. He refers to himself as "The Creator" he said it himself that the name is very unoriginal and not that exciting.
His true appearance we don't know about because he never showed the foundation. The SCP gave a small description of what his real form looks like. He said that his true form is very complicated in sorts, but he said that he's something you cant imagine.
Discovery: He was found in REDACTED with a large REDACTED and a old, wooden, damaged notebook with SCP names in them. He was then brung into the foundation for questions.
