Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5951 is stored in a Site-19s breakroom that requires L-3 to access. Entity 003 does not require guards and can be accessed by members of the Scientific Department and all departments, although people that view 5921 are advised not to look at it for more then 10 mins, as it will begin causing hallucations and a loss of temporary senses.

Description: SCP-5951 is a large, flat-screen television that projects a live feed of an object's perspective; in specific, the 'view of the viewer'. The purpose and ability for 5921 to project a meta-perspective video of a viewer are currently unknown. Entity 003 contains an unknown energy source that allows the Entity to remain online without external aid. There are no visible ports or other wiring that can support an external connection between the Entity and a foreign object. Entity 003 provides four buttons; one blue button on its bottom-left with a white, red and green button located on the bottom-right. The buttons can be pressed, each resulting in their own respective effects. Generally, Entity 003 is further classified as an optic-hazard due to its visual distortion effects on the viewer of the Entity's screen. Triggering 5951s power button, will cause a temporary flash of a cognitive hazard telling the viewer to look away, which will cause permanent loss of vision after looking away, activation of 5921s power button is restricted and should be reclassed as a Euclid or 5951-E, and the room should be sealed after the object restarts.
