Special Containment Procedures: SPC-XXXX is to be kept in a secured container with no personnel with less than level 3 clearance being allowed with 15m of it for any time exceeding 10 minutes.

Personnel who fail to observe these procedures should be quarantined for anti-suicide cells for no less than 24 hours.

SPC-XXX is not to be transported outside of its container.

In the event of an emergency, SPC-XXXX should be "flushed" until such time as it is retrievable.

Description: SPC-XXXX is a 23cm by 12.5cm by 12.5 cm, 1.45kg craved stone idol that appears Mezo-American in origin. Foundation scholars believe that it depicts a deity, however, the specific deity is unknown. As of yet, tests have also failed to identify the composition of the stone that SPC-XXXX is made of.

SPC-XXX was first recovered by Foundation personnel after being originally being found by local law enforcement while searching the premises of well-known spree killer ███████ █████.

SPC-XXXX affects persons within 10m of it for more than 15 mins. Those that do begin to experience growing agitation that builds over the following 24 hours ending in a homicidal rage that ends in the affected driven to engage in ritualized murder. Which including the removal of their victims' heats while the victims are still alive. After a period ranging from 10-60 minutes of these actions, the affected will end their own lives in a usually gruesome manner.

Addendum: SPC-XXXXX seems to only be able to affect one person at a time.
