Recent reports confirmed that SCP-9041 was in Site-13's containment breach. Circumstances reveal that Dr. Nicholas died, even though the location of the body was undiscovered since the exploration inside SCP-1730. All of this was confirmed by Dr. Lin, an initial survivor of Site-13 and SCP-1730. Testing on Tuesday for information.
