Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effect, SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a Class 5 humanoid containment cell surrounded by no less than 10 Scranton reality anchors, all of which must be supplied with 230,000 volts. The above statement is just a precaution and protocol for the safety of the citizens and foundation and is not a containment procedure; for Scranton reality anchors seemingly have no effect on SCP-XXXX’s ability.
Description: SCP-XXXX looks and identifies as a male human approximately 1.8 meters in height and 1.7 meters in arm span. His left ring finger is severely scarred. SCP-XXXX demonstrates the ability to alter reality in any way, place, and time. Scranton reality anchors have proved to be ineffective, see test log ALX-XXXX-01. SCP-XXXX’s childhood/early life before the subject came into the foundation, though, is unclear at this certain moment. A birth certificate has not been located within the database, and his biological parents, if any, haven’t been detected. His blood type is unlike any known; for it has never been found in humans before. Also, it is unknown if SCP-XXXX had obtained the anomalous affect while living a normal citizens life, or if it was an ability since creation.
Addendum: It is known that SCP-XXXX had a job as a clerk at ████████’s Pharmacy before the subject was taken into Foundation custody. SCP-XXXX was contained by officials due to the happening of Incident XXXX-1, see Incident Report XXXX-01. SCP-XXXX claims to be the 14th member of the O5 Council, but the O5 Council has denied this.
Incident Report XXXX-01 On ██/██/08, SCP-XXXX exited site-██ at approximately █:27. SCP-XXXX was missing for 8 days exactly. At the end of this 8 day period, SCP-XXXX returned to the facility. When questioned about this action SCP-XXXX responded with “I hadn’t been outside in a while, so I figured I should go see the world. The Eiffel Tower was especially nice. And do you know how nice the view from the Himalayas is? It is the most and amazing thing and don’t get me started on the Arctic. And I brought back some souvenirs from Paris, New York, and the Bahamas. I even found one with Dr.████████’s name on it.” After the incident Mobile Task Force Omicron-4 (designated "Reality Watch") was equipped with XM500 anti-material rifles and 4 HID (High-Intensity Discharge) turrets were situated outside of site-██.

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: Subject is surrounded with 10 Scranton reality anchors all power with 230,000 volts and asked to manifest an apple, one US dollar, one Scranton reality anchor, and a container of antimatter.
Results: Subject proceeded to create the apple, US dollar, and Scranton reality anchor with no discernable struggle. Though the container of antimatter seemed to cause him great physical struggle.
Analysis: Scranton reality anchors seem to have no effect on SCP-XXXX’s ability although further research is required to know whether or not this affected SCP-XXXX’s ability to create antimatter.
Test ALX-XXXX-02- 06/02/08
Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: Subject is asked to create a container of antimatter
Results: Subject manifested the container of antimatter with seemingly great physical struggle. Subject remarked to the attending staff that “pulling items from other planes of reality was a struggle.”
Analysis: It seems that the subject must pull antimatter from another reality in order to achieve stable antimatter. Though it is still unknown how SCP-XXXX is able to do this.

SCP-XXXX: Yes, ask all your questions. For the record, I already know what you will ask.
Dr.████████ Well then, do you have a name?
SCP-XXXX: Oh, yes, I have many.

Dr.████████: Ah, I see, where were you previously employed before you came into the Foundation?SCP-XXXX I was a clerk and cashier at ████████’s Pharmacy.
Dr.████████: Truthful. Why did you flee when our agents came to bring you into custody? You could have easily killed them.
SCP-XXXX I’m one of the O5 Council, why should I be arrested by my own foundation?
Dr.████████: We have no knowledge of a 14th member of the O5 Council, even the members deny you were part of it.
SCP-XXXX Well, they must be lying, I was a member of the O5 Council, I was number 14. I guarantee it. I was there with Aaron when he started, when he [DATA EXPUNGED].

Closing Statement: [After the interview, SCP-XXXX became agitated and started manipulating his enclosure- I thought it best to leave him to calm down before asking further questions. One thing is for certain, SCP-XXXX truly believes he was one of the O5 Council, we may need to examine further into our leadership. Yet, at the same time, his belief may lead deeper into the forward thrust of things. The belief may have arised from a serious mental condition; one that he may not have control over. If this is true, we will also have to look to see if there is a connection between the mental state of he and his ability. ]

Dr.████████: Okay, let’s begin. So, I’ve noticed you have been trying to manage this facility, why?
SCP-XXXX: I (pauses) I don’t want that, that thing found again.
Dr.████████: What thing? Why don’t you want it found?
SCP-XXXX: I don’t know WHAT it is, I just know that that thing is terrible. DO YOU want to know why I’m here? DO YOU! (SCP-XXXX seems to cause the walls, floor, and ceiling of the interview chamber to distort inwards)
Dr.████████: SCP-XXXX, please calm down. We don’t want to hurt you or anyone.
SCP-XXXX: I’m… I’m sorry. I’m here because I want to help you. I want to help everyone. In about 2 years from now, you’ll find something. Something bad. It’ll bring the downfall of the Foundation and all of humanity. YOU THINK THINGS LIKE ME ARE A THREAT? Well then wait for that thing to show up. That thing made reality. Yes, you heard me right. It made reality, all of it. And if you guys try to even touch it, it will kill you and everyone else with no hesitation. I’ve tried to stop it thousands of times now, but you never listen. So please. I’ll give you everything you need. Money, weapons, power, time, but I need you to listen.
Dr.████████: I see, but with your power to alter reality, why wouldn’t you just make us listen?
SCP-XXXX: Life is not as easy to control. I can create, destroy, control, and even restore life. But those last two are hard to do. They take time to safely perform. Reality has its limits. And if you push those limits, it fractures. By the time I would have the necessary control to stop you guys, it would be too late. You would be all gone.

Researcher’s Note: I have to consider the possibility of XXXX telling the truth. He did seem to be genuinely emotionally distressed during the interview. He even knew one of the O5’s name, although he might have made it up. I will consider bringing this to the O5 council’s attention.
