1) appearance
Scp-2791 is a black leather notebook found underground in the netherlands with the letters J-L drawn on the cover, it is full of drawings of a tiny character identified as “jamie”. The character is known to move from page to page when looked at for longer than 30 seconds, it appears it has a variety of hats it can appear with, a top hat, baseball cap and a barret seem to appear more often than other hats.
2)effects
When an organism (not specified) is in the proximity of Scp-2791 it seems to give the organism a huge boost of happiness, energy and charisma. Further effects have not been documented. Though personnel will grow too attached to “jamie” it is required to have a psychiatric therapy after a confrontation lasting longer than 24 hours
3) confrontations
In a test towards scp-682 it seemed to calm 682 down, after approximately half an hour 682 seemingly fell asleep.
4) communications
“Jamie” will try and communicate with the personnel in the form of writing or drawing, it has provided simple awnsers and is limited in words and scentences, it even draws from time to time to tell a future event thereby preventing scp’s from breaking out,
