Special Containment Procedures: SCP-715-J must at all times be guarded by at least one guard, who doesn't need to be armed, and the facility in which it is contained must be taken sufficient care of to make it appear used. Both of these precautions are only necessary for avoiding any unauthorized personnel breaking in.

Description: SCP-715-J is a door in a house a mile outside [REDACTED]. The house, previously owned by [REDACTED] for recreational purposes, has a large living room, a kitchen with a storage room, and a bathroom to which SCP-715-J leads, as well as a jacuzzi on the terrace. (see Addendum-715-J-A)

Any subject walking through SCP-715-J will have their memories and perceptions of reality regarding the human anatomy permanently altered. The details of this depend on the subject, but most commonly the subject will start thinking that it's normal for people to have body hair on their face, or that they have two eyes. Walking through the door multiple times will cause increasing delusions.

The subject will live a relatively normal life, unless confronted with a situation directly contradicting their delusions. In such a situation, the subject will act as if something in accordance with their perceptions had happened, often causing their actions to become increasingly conflicting with the reality.
