Special Containment Procedures SCP-4191's host should be kept in a room all the necessary requirements, SCP-4191's holding area should be cleaned regularly. SCP-4191's host should be provided with food three times daily and be provided recreational activities.
All personal are allowed in SCP-4191's holding area for recreational activities or for testing. SCP-4191's host is allowed to wander the facility should he desire to, but must return to his holding area of sleep hours.
No one is allowed to attempt to remove SCP-4191 from it's host due to SCP-4191's hostile behavior.
Description: (We will first describe SCP-4191's host) SCP-4191's is a middle aged D-class personal named Sammy King, he as black hair and red eyes. He has an up-beat personality, good social skills and has a good relationship with SCP-4191. He likes to be referred as Sam or King
(We will now describe SCP-4191) SCP-4191 is a blackish brown parasitic biomass that can attach its self it an organism and improve the host body. SCP-4191can transform is body into sharp blades or even large hammers. SCP-4191 must have a host or it will die out, there are no current way for SCP-4191 to reproduce so SCP-4191 must stay with it's host at all times. SCP-4191 seems to like people with a -O blood type it is still unknown why.
SCP-4191 was found in a lab off to coast of ████████. A report of a deadly black goo got the foundations attention, the creature was very violent when the capture team tried to contain it. When SCP-4191 was moved to site- ██ it broke containment and attached it's self to Sammy King, a control team was dispatched to remove SCP-4191 from Sammy but the creature attacked and killed two personal.
SCP-4191 will defend it's host even if it's means it's own death, it can only speak to it's host and rarely comes out of it's host. SCP-4191 does not need food nor sleep but it's does need to keep it's host alive so it will hunt for food and keep it's host healthy. The relationship between SCP-4191 and Sammy is extraordinary Sammy can always calm down SCP-4191 and 4191 can always cheer up Sammy on a bad day. Apparently SCP-4191 has a name Sammy said in a test "You know SCP-4191 has a name it Larry" to our surprise the entity may have more of a personality then we thought.
