Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell at Site-17. SCP-XXXX is permitted to contact most of the staff, but must be supervised by at least 3 staff members of the Foundation. SCP-XXXX requests for certain items may be granted upon approval by a Level 4 or higher authority. Requests for access to abnormal or dangerous items must be rejected. SCP-XXXX may be allowed to take part in experiments with other SCP objects upon the approval of O5 Council Member.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a pale-skinned human male with Slavic descent in his early thirties. Subject is 1.82 m in height and 79.32 kg in weight, with blonde hair and glowing blue eyes. Medical and physiological analysis indicates that SCP-XXXX emits a low level radiation from his eyes and hands in its normal state. SCP-XXXX is capable of speech in Russian, English and Latin language. It is very cooperative with Foundation staff.
SCP-XXXX claimed that he does not have knowlege about how his powers work, but is capable to use them in different ways: healing wounds and illnesses, resuraction (not confirmed) and conversion people into followers of his religion. After SCP-XXXX gets into physical contact with SCP-XXXX-1 its radiation level starts to increase until it doesn’t become dangerous for living beings. SCP-XXXX-1 manifests at SCP-XXXX will and it is still unknown how.
SCP-XXXX is allowed to use SCP-XXXX-1 only if ordered by Level 2 personnel. During experiments with SCP-XXXX it was revealed that it disposes of Class D personnel if they were arrested for crimes connected with church (See Interview Log XXXX-07). It was also revealed that SCP-XXXX has powers to convert people into his religion and change their behavior (See Interview Log XXXX-06, Interview Log-08). During Interview Log XXXX-09 SCP-XXXX claimed to have ability to travel across multiverse, though it is unknown if its statement was truth, it should be noted that SCP-XXXX had information about existence of Foundation and some of the SCPs.
Addendum 1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX was firstly discovered by firefighter Vladimir ██████ in 2019 during massive forest fires in Siberia, Russia. Members of Foundation disguised as law enforcement officers working in that area interviewed him, and he revealed where the SCP object was last seen (See Interview Log XXXX-04). After Foundation operatives searched the location given by Vladimir ██████ they found old wooden church decorated with unknown icons from outside and inside. SCP-XXXX was located praying inside the church. Task force contained it without any problems and escorted it outside. After SCP-XXXX left with Task force, church [DATA EXPUNGED] and left no traces of existense after itself.
