4211 is a FN P90 PDW that when fired will manifest a 5.7 caliber bullet inside the body of the person the gunner has in their mind if there is no one in mind 4211 will act as if it is not loaded despite having a fully loaded 50 round magazine the gun manifests new bullets inside the magazine when empty. the magazine can not be removed
4211 was discovered when Mr James █████ was at a family owned shooting range in ██████ North Carolina when the police were called to his apartment in the same town when they arrived the downstairs neighbor reported hearing a scream and a loud thump when they entered the apartment they found ms █████ on the floor dead and further inspection revealed 23 bullet exit wounds at various locations and angles on the body but no entrance wounds the one of the officers happened to work for the foundation and called in a situation all people on site were brought to site 12 and Mr █████ was interviewed all others were amnesthised and released
