SCP-8789 (Fan made) by: Bob SCP (O5)

Item #:** SCP-8789
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: due to the nature of SCP-8789, containment is not possible and SCP-8789 is assigned a Level 4 scientist to file all activities of SCP-8789. This seems to have SCP-8789 to return every 3 days to 4 weeks. If SCP-8789 has not reported back in in this time frame a full scale search will be sent out to locate SCP-8789.
Descriptio: SCP-8789 is 6 feet and 5 inches tall and is a cloaked figure with a cloak that covers its entire body, limbs that appear to be arms are covered with a black cloth with black gloves over what seems to be SCP-8789’2 hands. a body appears to be present but it cannot be confirmed for all attempts to remove said cloak have resulted in the loss of said personnel. This cloak has two strips that cover the entire cloak, one strip is black while the other which is will now be referred as SCP-8789-2 changes colors to match the emotions of SCP-8789 (See 8789-color) [all new colors that have not been previously observed are to be reported to assigned Level 4 scientist that is currently in charge of keeping tabs on SCP-8789](See Containment breach 8789). SCP-8789 has the ability to warp the [REDACTED] to fit it’s own needs but this ability is mostly used for teleportation (See Addendum 1 and Containment breach 8789). SCP-8789 also is immune to all forms of physical and psionic attack and effects. (See Addendum 2 and Addendum 3 Containment breach 8789). SCP-8789 can also speak in any form of language and even communicate to any sentient being by either telepathic means or copying the sound waves that target subject is using (See Addendum 3). SCP-8789 has also been able to communicate to several [REDACTED] that were previously thought to be inanimate.
Addendum 1:
Interview
Interviewer: Doctor Wilson
Interviewee: SCP-8789
Begin Log
(Doctor Wilson enters the room and sits in chair across from SCP-8789)
Doctor Wilson: So, shall we begin?
SCP-8789: If you so desire.
Doctor Wilson: Why do you cover yourself in your cloak, and why do you kill everyone that views under it?
SCP-8789:(pause) That is a complicated answer.
Doctor Wilson: We have time.
SCP-8789:(pause) You see, any being that is able to see what is under my cloak deserves to be, extinguished if they try to view under it.
Doctor Wilson: And why is that?
SCP-8789: Simple, because what lays under here is something that should not exist in the first place. At least, not in the current time period.
Doctor Wilson:Care to expand on that?
SCP-8789: No.
(Doctor Wilson fidgets in his seat.)
Doctor Wilson: Why does your cloak have a strip that changes color depending on your mood?
SCP-8789: Because my maker made a creation more powerful then he and he wants to know when i’m weakest so, if need be, he can imprison me in my own body.
(Doctor Wilson and SCP-8789 proceed to look at each other at least it’s thought so)
Note: SCP-8789-2 changed from a dark Violet to a vibrant shade of Orange.
Doctor Wilson: Understood, (as Doctor Wilson breaks eye contact with SCP-8789.) Where did you…
(Doctor Wilson stops speaking as the room begins to morph into a map of space.)
Note: The map of space appears be located hundreds of thousands of light years away from the Milky Way Galaxy since it is identified by nothing but a dot of light on the map.
SCP-8789: This, is where I come from and here (as map changes locations) and here (map changes) (this cycle proceeds to repeat for 5 minutes before it ends on what seems to be a star.) I am from everywhere, I am merely one, of many. But we are all [REDA.. Error, Redaction canceled] clones of one being. This being contains the knowledge of the [REDA.. Error, Redaction canceled] universe, we, are [REDA.. Error, Redaction canceled] Omnipotent, and one of us, is real. But which one of use is the real one? Is it me? Is it 9? How about 31? Or maybe 84? But no matter. This interview is over (SCP-8789 disappears from the room).

Containment Breach 8789
This file is for Level 4 or higher access only. If anyone below this rank is found to be viewing this file they will be terminated.
Warning
If SCP-8789-2 is shown to express these characteristics again prepare for containment breach and inform 0-5 command.
Begin log
During the testing on the characteristics of SCP-8789-2, Sergeant Blaker was ordered to give his gun to D-class Sally Walice and ordered to kill SCP-8789, Sally Walice smiled at this and agreed to do so without persuasion. When gun was given to Sally Walice, she shot SCP-8789 in the hood of the cloak and SCP-8789 dropped to the ground. She was quickly subdued as she began shouting to SCP-8789’s body saying “That’s what you get in being in my head!” Then all sentient organisms within a 3 mile radius froze in place. SCP-8789-2 turned black as SCP-8789 rose. This is the only recorded incident where eyes could be seen as SCP-8789 turned to Sally Walice with glowing red eyes. Subject began to scream as she melted in the security team’s hands and turned to a puddle of her own body. After that SCP-8789-2 began flashing white and black as a blinding light emitted from SCP-8789-2. After 5 minutes SCP-8789 vanished and all doors and access points in facility of the containment units disappeared all sentiant oragainisums could now move and mass containment breach occurred. No further experiments are to be made on SCP-8789 that involve attempting to harm SCP-8789 without authorization from 0-5 command.

Addendum 2:
Interview
Doctor John
Sergeant Sara of SCP-8789 recovery team
Begin Log
(Doctor John and Sergeant Sara sat down across from each other)
Doctor John : You want something to drink?
Sergeant Sara : No
Doctor John : I just want to ask you a few questions.
Sergeant Sara :Let me guess, about that (Sergeant Sara visibly shivers) thing you call SCP-8789?
Doctor John :I've heard that you now hate SCP-8789 more then you hate SCP-682.
Sergeant Sara : No, I’m scared of SCP-8789 (another visibly shiver).
(Doctor John writes down on his clipboard.)
Doctor John : What made you fear SCP-8789?
Sergeant Sara :(pause) What it did to me and my men.
Doctor John :Can you expand on this?
Sergeant Sara :(pause) When me and my team were sent out to recover SCP-8789 after the containment breach 8789, we thought we just had to convince it to come back. I thought we could because that one strip on it’s cloak has changed pink for me. (pause) I’ll never make that mistake again, anyway, we were searching for it for 3 weeks. When we found it on top of a mountain somewhere in Nevada (pause) it’s cloak was off and just, laying on the ground. About ten feet in front of it was (shivers) SCP-8789. (Note: Sergeant Sara seems to regret saying SCP-8789 at all). I saw something that I can’t explain, something, that had hands that it used with a slight of it’s hand turned my squad into dust. Something with eyes, that housed a knowledge, a knowledge that could be the end of everything.
Doctor John : Why do you say that?
(Sergeant Sara remains silent)
Doctor John : Very well, continue.
Sergeant Sara : SCP-8789 looked into my eyes, it’s eyes where red, blood red, and he asked me a question. “How many times would you die to save the ones I have just slain?” I responded with lead, I unloaded on SCP-8789 until there was nothing left. That’s over 200 rounds of lead and it didn’t even flinch. (Sergeant Sara lays back into the chair) It then asked me the same question again. “How many times would you die to save the ones I have just slain?”
Doctor John : Can you describe what SCP-8789 looks like?
Sergeant Sara : If I did that you would shot me in the head right here, right now.
Doctor John : And why do you think that?
Sergeant Sara :(pause) Because SCP-8789 told me.
(Doctor John stands up).
Doctor John :You are not Sergeant Sara.
Sergeant Sara : (stands up in surprise) I am Sergeant Sara.
Doctor John : Then why did you stop calling SCP-8789 it or thing?
(Sergeant Sara Pauses, then breaks down in laughter).
Sergeant Sara : You are smarter than many here.
Doctor John : What did you do to Sergeant Sara?
Sergeant Sara : She is safe, I knew you would kill her, or better use her against me to gain some leverage on me since I showed affection for her. I may be a SCP but i’m not an animal.
Doctor John : You killed so many people and her entire recovery team.
Sergeant Sara : No, she killed them herself.
Doctor John : Why would she do that?
Sergeant Sara : Simple she realized what they where there for. (Sergeant Sara begins to phase out of existence and is replaced by SCP-8789)
SCP-8789: They were there to limit me once again and they viewed my body, my face. As I’ve said before, all that can view my face that do so deserve to be, extinguished.
Doctor John :But you let Sergeant Sara live.
SCP-8789: For one reason, she realized what people are and she proved it by slaying her team.
Doctor John :That is cruel and dark.
SCP-8789: But effective.
(Doctor John stands up and looks at SCP-8789)
Doctor John :You may be right or wrong, I will not continue this interview.
(Doctor John leaves the room.)
End log

Addendum 3:
Termination Record
SCP-8789 and SCP-682
Begin recording
SCP-8789 is ushered into SCP-682’s containment cell, Doors are closed and all personal leave the cell. SCP-682 turns towards SCP-8789, SCP-682 glowers at SCP-8789 and SCP-8789 looks up at SCP-682. SCP-8789 begins to speak to SCP-682
SCP-8789: Interesting
SCP-682 scowls at SCP-8789 and speaks to SCP-8789.
SCP-682: Have these humans gone so low as to send their own against me?
SCP-8789 breaks down in laughter as SCP-682 continues showing as SCP-8789.
SCP-8789: If I were human, would I be coming up against you in nothing but a cloak?
SCP-8789: Pathetic, you are pathetic like the rest of these humans.
SCP-682 begins grumbling, then SCP-8789 grumbles back. SCP-682 seems shocked that SCP-8789 grumbles as such. It is assumed that SCP-682 does not grumble but is in fact speaking a different language. SCP-682 and SCP-8789 speak this language for 10 minutes.
(Note: It seems they were talking about either the personal or the foundation since many gestures where made towards the observing staff.)
SCP-682 begins to growl at SCP-8789.
SCP-682: I’ve never seen the likes of you before. Tell me what you are before I erase you from existence.
SCP-8789: Even your mind (unknown language) can not comprehend my name, but you are a part of something bigger than I thought so I will give you a name you can call me by. Call me, Cloak.
(Note: SCP-8789-2 changed from Green to a combination of Purple and Orange.)
SCP-682 charges at SCP-8789, SCP-8789 takes the blow and is thrown against the wall. The wall takes severe damage and SCP-8789 raises from the rubble, unharmed. SCP-682 charges SCP-8789 again, when SCP-682 reaches grabbing distance SCP-8789 teleports to the other side of the room and SCP-682 rams himself into the wall. SCP-682 takes severe damage to it’s skull and spinal column which it quickly regenerates. SCP-8789 looks at SCP-682.
SCP-8789: I thought you would regenerate faster.
SCP-682 turns around and charges SCP-8789 again, SCP-8789 grabs SCP-682’s hand and flings SCP-682 across the room and blasts a beam of light at SCP-682 and it disintegrates SCP-682 till there is nothing but bone left of SCP-682. SCP-8789 walks up to what remains of SCP-682’s regenerating body and says.
SCP-8789: You will have to try better than that (unknown language).
SCP-8789 teleported out of the room when a recovery team came in to retrieve SCP-682.

SCP-8789-2
White and Black
WARNING
If SCP-8789 shows this behavior prepare for mass containment breach and O-5 command
SCP-8789-2 has anomalous properties of it’s own as recent studies have shown. SCP-8789-2 can alter the physical being and mental state of SCP-8789 when a certain position of all planets know to the public (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto). When said planets align SCP-8789-2 gains complete control of SCP-8789. This proves that SCP-8789 has sentience, but this sentience is brought back to either lust for the livings life force which is is now referred as SCP-8789-2-Black, and the protection of all forms of life which is now referred as SCP-8789-2-White. SCP-8789-2-White and SCP-8789-2-Black seem to be aware of each other when they are in control of SCP-8789. There is no know pattern to when SCP-8789-2-Black and SCP-8789-2-White take control of SCP-8789. The only pattern is that one of the two arises for control of SCP-8789 at the very second that all said planets align with each other. The only know time where SCP-8789-2 was flashing Black and White (See Containment Breach 8789) seems to be where SCP-8789 is in a state of conflict with SCP-8789-2-Black and SCP-8789-2-White. It is also recorded that when SCP-8789 changes to either SCP-8789-2-White or SCP-8789-2-Black all sentient organisms freeze in place that are within a 3 mile radius freeze in place. Since Containment Breach 8789, SCP-8789 was moved to a different containment facility. Only 5 recorded incidents have been documented on SCP-8789 personality change. Said change lasts for 5 hours after planets leave alignment.
